I know what your thinking, five stars for one of the over saturated parts stores in the Milwaukee…read morearea market and yah I'm surprised also. I have a summer toy that spends most of its life in the garage so it sits for about 7 month with out being driven/rarely started and anyone who does this has to deal with battery issues. Normally this is no big deal because I use a jump box but it died last year and the car was absolutely dead so I needed to get a new battery jump starter this year to get the car going. The price range is $50 to $600 for jump boxes after comparing all the parts stores but I didn't need anything fancy or expensive because it's going to be used a couple times a year in spring time only. Oriellys had a $59.99 unit which would work well for my needs and it was on the shelf and to my surprise I pushed the battery status button, it was 100% charged so I didn't have to wait to charge it up and started my toy right away and drove I off with it in minutes. I stood in line to pay for the thing and a guy says open over here and a second guy says open here with a discount, who do you think I went to. I thought they were just playing around with the customers but the guy actually gave me $6 off and how fuc#%ng cool is that for a first impression because I have never been to this store and I thought it looked dumpy and I didn't know what to expect from them. Way to go Oriellys for my first visit, what I thought was going to be a couple hour ordeal on my only day off was as simple as it could have been so I'm definitely going back when I need something car wise. Jordon was awesome as the face of the business on my visit.

Best advice is to go down the street to advance auto which I found myself. Staff member here didn't seem to care and was very unhelpful.

Was hoping they had them in stock and I wouldn't have to order them as the manufacturer said. The employee that welcomed me knew exactly what they were. Not only did they have the exact ones in stock but they gave them to me no charge. That's first class service. I'll be a return customer.

Unfortunately I can no longer say I recommend this store for any of your parts or toy needs. The…read morelast two times I have been here the experience has been extremely lackluster and employees knowledge is extremely poor. Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.

I've had my car there 3 times for service since they first opened their doors a few months ago. In…read moreeach case, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.
