I noticed a leak in the same spot as before, and they just called me, literally five minutes ago to tell me that they were in my neighborhood and will go on my roof and repair it, while I am at work. That's right, I don't have to leave work, and they didn't ask any questions, other than where the leak was.

But I had trouble with them from the moment they started work and just could not get them to make right the problems they caused. I was highly disappointed in how they took care of my property- underselling the disruption it would cause. They also did not explain any of the equipment well enough ahead of time and gave mixed information about warranties. There was no care for making what they did look good. and I had to ask them numerous time to come back and do what they told me they would do. After numerous trips, it was still done poorly. multiple doors no longer close. I will have to replace flooring in the entire basement, they did not consult with me on locations for the humidex or the sump pump making plans to add a bathroom more difficult. In Reading the Manuel for the humidex it appears they did not properly install it. Perhaps I just had bad luck as no one else seemed to have these same problems, but this has been a very expensive headache.
