Well, I had red hair, but now I'm covering up the white and gray with my original birth color. Thank you, Ashley!!

Today way my first visit with Lexie and she took her time learning about my hair, what I wanted, etc. She takes her time with the shampoo and cut......no rushing out the door to get to her next client, which is greatly appreciated. I made an appt for root touch up w/highlights and all she did was the highlights and I left the salon with gray roots and had to come back a week later for the root touch up. I showed her pictures of styles I thought I would like. One was of a picture of my own hair after leaving a hairstylist in California and every time she gave me something much different. I showed up for a scheduled appt, drove 30 min to get there on time and she scheduled someone else in that slot the day before and made excuses that had nothing to do with me, no apology ~ i had to reschedule. When highlighting your hair she's rough, when drying your hair she's rough, I tried drying my own hair, leaving wet... I winced and asked her to please go easier, she blamed it on me having a sensitive head or hormones, no apology. I have never had a problem with other hairdressers highlighting or drying my hair. Every time you give feedback about your hair you have to listen to her go on & on about a bunch of who knows what but it has nothing to do with you leaving as a satisfied client and having a good outcome for your hair. In hindsight i should've moved on much earlier and if Prescott was Phoenix area or Los Angeles, I would've I absolutely would've.

I got lucky and she was up to going so I was desperately trying to find an available hairdresser. I signed onto Yelp to find one. I started at the north side of town and worked my way down every hairdresser listed on Yelp. 90% of the listed businesses were not in business anymore. One did not have availability, one went to voice mail and one was a fax number. Finally..... the last business at the far south of town answered. They said they would get her in. So we went.
