Never had issues with helping me with my scooter, etc. I was quite generous with my tips. This year, I booked car/driver for 8/8-8/12. Spoke with Vince about dates and what I wanted to do. He mentioned it was car show week and that Nick was tied up. NEVER advised me to call another company or that they couldn't/wouldn't help me. He did confirm airport pick up and drop off. I had contacted Vince a few more times to confirm the other dates. Again, he never hinted there were issues. He just stopped replying UNTIL I advised him that I was going to cancel. THEN he immediately responded with "sorry for the trouble". My issues are: I'm handicapped and he knows that - would they have stranded me at the airport, stranded me at Monterey Bay Plaza and Spa with no way to get around, expected me to find other transportation and then happily let/expect them to take me to the airport when I departed. Now I have credits with the hotel and airline. It takes me awhile to plan things and I was really looking forward to enjoying a ocean and wildlife fix. I would have changed my travel dates if I had any idea there were issues. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service that Vince displayed to me as a returning customer.

Setting up the arrangements was very easy and well managed by Pat. We were picked up (and the bus was early) at 3:00 am on a Saturday. The bus was clean and our driver was friendly and we arrived at the airport ahead of schedule. When our flight home was cancelled and our bus arrangements had to be changed at the last minute the team really pulled it through for us. Rich called me in France and lined up another company to pick us up since we had to change the date of our return. I was so relieved that my students would be returned home to their parents and that I didn't have to arrange carpools home. This company truly saved our trip.
