I don't normally write reviews, but I feel the need to explain my negative experience at this spa…read more I reached out to Kati, the owner, twice via email to voice my concerns and no one replied back to me. So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. It was really cold in the room. I guess I expected the table and blankets to be warm considering it was snowing outside. When she started the facial, I just felt she had little to no experience in what she was doing. I have had many facials, and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I couldn't even relax and enjoy it because it was so bad. She was also wearing gloves that were too big for her hands, and it just felt so bad on my face. I've never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves. I am an ER nurse, and I haven't had a facial in over a year. I was really looking forward to this. For a $155.00 facial, my expectations were high. I booked the Custom Facial online and the description I copy pasted below from Vagaro. Custom Facial $155.00 Our Custom 60 min Facial with L.E.D. is a tailored experience designed to address your unique skin concerns. Our skilled estheticians will assess your complexion and create a personalized treatment plan just for you, this facial is all about catering to your specific needs. Walk out with a happy glow that is uniquely. Book Now The facial started at 2:50pm and ended at 3:30pm. That was only 40 minutes, not 60 minutes in the description. There was no LED. There was no assessment of my complexion to create a personalized treatment plan. She didn't talk to me at all during the facial. There were a few extractions which she mostly just concentrated on my nose. I felt she was distracted or something. There was no pressure at all used when she was trying to massage my shoulders. It felt awful. I literally couldn't wait for it to be over. I felt ripped off to be honest. I would not recommend this spa to anyone after my experience.

They really do their best to make you feel comfortable and pampered. I typically do the express facial with Savanah and she is amazing. My skin is left glowing every time. I also do laser hair sessions with Chloe and she makes the whole experience easy and relaxing. They have some of the best prices I've seen for laser as well and I have had a great experience with it so far. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing spa day or any med spa needs.

She described multiple routes I could take to achieve my goals. As someone with zero knowledge in the science behind skincare/certain procedures, Jamie was able to explain everything to me where I felt 100% confident in my decision. The atmosphere was very warm and comforting. I knew I was in good hands simply from the passion in her voice. I definitely felt like I was seen as a person and as dollar signs. Felt absolutely no pressure to buy products or sign up for a membership before I left. If anything she was sending me home with so many samples to simply see if I enjoyed them! I love it here and I will 100% be back.

Was more than a little sad when Namaste Spa left Sedona & I was going to have to find a new salon (which meant commuting to Flag). Leah made this all better. She's super cool and savvy and nice. Conversational & professional, and most important: painless & FAST. Literally the fastest ever. Which we all know is a good thing. AND, even w the speed...it was *perfect* (we all know the errant hair, misshapen triangle issues that can happen...none of that here). Best wax salon I've ever been to (and over the years there have been a few). They even have a referral kickback. Which is super awesome because I was going to tell all my Sedona chicks anyhow. AND if you buy a package of 3 they have a discount, grabbing that next time for sure. Also, they have a coffee style rewards system buy 10 get one free...which is amazing. Because who doesn't love to save $70?? Total fan, already texted my 2 Sedona besties to let them know. Honestly I cannot believe I'm giving this passionate of a glowing review for a waxing salon, but it's truly on point.

There was a trainer there during my visit, and while I'm sure the opportunity was open to others, it made the whole experience feel even more special. Everyone was incredibly educational without ever making it feel clinical or intimidating. It honestly felt like sitting with your girls and just talking through everything openly. What really stood out to me is how safe the space feels. You walk in with your biggest insecurities -- the things you're sometimes nervous to even say out loud -- and they just hold you with kindness and understanding. There's no judgment, no pressure. Just support. Being in a room full of women who genuinely care about helping you feel confident is powerful. I'm so grateful I was there for the training, and I'm absolutely looking forward to going back.
