You have to chase this guy around and, if you do get a hold of him, he will only give you lip service. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. So I paid $75 for this guy to come here and act like a sad child? I reported him to HSA so I can, at least, get someone to fix a simple light switch OR receive a refund. This guy was unable to complete a very simple job-incompetent.
