Had an appointment today for a (DOT) renewal only to arrive and be told the doctor left 30 minutes ago... where is the communication? Should you not call and cancel or reschedule appointments prior to the patients arrival. The day prior I arrived for a walk In appointment only to be told that no doctor was on site. Where are all the doctors at? My advice if you go here, call prior to walk ins and call and confirm you still have a doctor for your scheduled appointment. read more

Came here a year or so ago for a physical. They got me in quickly without an appt and the DC was friendly and efficient. I ended up misplacing my paperwork from that appt months later and called to see if they had a copy. They found it quickly and had a copy ready for me to pick up that same day. I found this place randomly on a google search in a bind to get my CDL medical exam report in a time frame. They were so helpful. They do walk-ins and appointments. It took 25 minutes (including paperwork), and cost half the price of other places! They definitely are on top of it here! They have ALL paperwork printed for the DMV, and they EVEN give you an laminated copy for your wallet. They are husband and wife, so honest, professional, and compassionate people-true gems! I have had the pleasure of being treated by both Dr. Fink and Dr. Erickson. Not only did they help with my back problems, they showed a genuine concern when they were explaining exactly what was causing the problem, and the best way to address it from a chiropractic viewpoint. I had gone to two orthopedists who said I would most likely need surgery. I opted to try chiropractic care instead, and I'm glad I did. After just a few visits I started feeling much better. Horrible customer service, the ladies up front either have there kid running around and husband hanging out or they are taking personal calls. This place is a joke. Then they call you to confirm your appointment the day of. They are rude when speaking to you making you feel like your a problem or your interrupting them. Unfortunately we had to come here twice for medical exam and both times we experience horrible customer service. Just glad we don't have to go back. read more

He seemed to arbitrarily set appointments for me to think I would just come in when I got the follow up phone call. Wtf??? I've had back problems since I was 18 years old. I am so thankful to have come across Dr.Fink and Dr.Erickson. Last month I was immobilized with so much pain I couldn't work. The first time I went there I showed up for my appointment and they turned me away telling me I never set an appointment. The receptionist girl seemed completely clueless and was not helpful at all when I was asking questions about the service and the mixup of the appointments. This might be the most unprofessional medical office I have ever attended. Dr. Fink does not listen to any of my concerns as a patient and treats me as a "one size fits all" type of injury. While I was in there he was constantly acting like he had somewhere to be. On top of that they continually sent me pesky emails and phone calls trying to get me to sign up for another appointment. At the beginning of my visits I was having back problems and DR Erickson did an exray, adjusted me and everything was getting better till I injured my hips somehow. I had really bad sciatica problems after which he wasn't able to fix. I saw another Dr a friend recommend that made me feel a ton better just in one visit. I still had some soreness so I decided the see Dr Erickson again since he was covered by my insurance and the other Dr wasn't. I told Dr Erickson I saw the other dr and he chastised me for doing it! He said nothing was wrong with my hips and it was my disk bulge, even though I new my hips didn't feel right before. I did a lot of research in chiropractic techniques to help sciatica which he has done none then says " I'm the chiropractor and knows what to do" I have been adjusted 6 times by Dr Erickson and he hasn't helped my sciatica problems. He just keeps telling me to come back, I'm just another paycheck to him. so I'll be seeing the actual Dr that knows more about sciatica even though insurance won't cover it. read more

I'm not impressed with this facility... they claim to have massage available on their website, but no massage to be found. Dr Fink is a cooky guy... used some inappropriate context about my back condition and my being pregnant. Made references to me having children and religion. Felt very uncomfortable with him. I do not recommend this place.. unless you want to be talked down to, feel violated and questioned on why you would want more than X number of children. read more

I showed up for my first appointment only to find out that there had been a scheduling mix-up, and Dr. Fink was unable to see me at the time I had scheduled. Dr. Fink spoke with me personally, and went out of his way to apologize and try to rectify the situation. He took down my cell phone number and called me less than an hour later to let me know that he could fit me in immediately. When i got back, he again apologized for the mix-up and even gave me a discounted rate for the services performed! Mistakes happen...in fact, while I was waiting to be seen, i saw that i had two unheard voicemails from the day before. When i listened, both messages were from the office letting me know that they had made a scheduling mistake, and offering to reschedule me at my convenience. The excellent all-around service and willingness to work me in despite the snafu really sets this place apart! read more

I have seen many chiropractors in my day and she is the BEST! So knowledgeable, caring, and gentle.

Dr. Fink is one of the most incompetent doctors I have ever seen. I went to him to get medically cleared for a class B license. He required me to go to my primary for a screening, which I was going to Fink for in the first place, to avoid doing. After taking care of that, Fink filled out my paperwork incorrectly and i was turned away at the DMV. Upon returning to Finks office with his incorrect paperwork, the entire waiting room sat and listened to him rant about ME making a mess of the paperwork HE filled out! I asked the receptionist if there was something we needed to talk about and Fink finally called me into his office where I had to point out the error on his paperwork 4 times!! Then he got angry at me and wrote out a stipulation on my paperwork to take to DMV stating I needed counseling to uphold my licensing. Even more, after leaving his office and reviewing the paperwork once more, Fink AGAIN FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK WRONG. 4 trips to Finks office for 1 class b medical clearance. Never again. I have a certain level of expectation that if you do a job day in and day out, that my experience with you as a provider of my needed service, will at least be acceptable. Dr.Fink is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND INCAPABLE OF DOING HIS JOB WHILE BEING RUDE, SELF CENTERED AND EGOTISTICAL IN HIS OPERATIONS WITH THE PUBLIC.
