The other is that God connected us with a very good doctor. Dr Alexander and his team took good care of me throughout my pregnancy. They made this not so easy journey during a very difficult year a joyful experience for me and my family. We are very appreciative of their knowledge, professionalism and a safe yet very cozy environment they provide. This office also has very friendly and caring staffs and nurses. Their professionalism and patience make every visit a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, we are going to move out of the area. I wish my next OBGYN doctor can be close to Dr Alexande. We really wish that when we have our next baby, we can be back to the area so that we can see Dr Alexander again. That's how good he is!

Making appointments was a breeze and Dr Fejes was there to help and guide us the whole pregnancy. Dr Fejes was very understanding and respectful of my birth preferences and is a great doctor to see if you want a doctor that will do his very best to help you have the birth that you are aiming for, especially if you want to go the natural route. After numerous requests to find out how long it would be, he finally left at about 11:45 after making an appointment with another doctor. Staff was apologetic and helpful (as much as possible) but wait time is unacceptable. Husband took off work to go to this appointment and he works 1.5 hours away so you can imagine how inconvenient this was. ALSO, this was not original appointment nor doctor. When I called office a couple of week before about another question, found out that husband's appointment was not only moved out a week but was scheduled with a different doctor. No one notified us; had it not been for my calling to ask a question on the intake form, we would not have known he had been rescheduled. Just noticed that Doctor concentrates on women's health (obgyn?) which can possibly be cause of delay. However, if known there would be a delay at this time in the morning, someone should have notified us and rescheduled appointment. BTW, was told that this doctor is notorious for running late. Terrible service; terrible consideration and respect for other people's time!!!

Such a pleasant Doctor! The wait times could be a little long but it's worth it! My mother is in need of a family healthcare doctor and I know just where I will recommend for her to go. I needed to get my records (before they were destroyed) because I recall there being some very good notes. But I could not believe the rude way they spoke to me, I can't believe they speak to any human that way. It made me so sad. On top of it, even though I was within the time frame to request my records, they ghosted me and I didn't even get them and no they're probably destroyed. Every year the service declined, the waiting time became longer. On July 9 2025 Dr. Leibovsky scheduled me for a "quick test". I came in on time, signed in and had to wait for 35 min in the lobby. Then the assistant took me to the exam room, I undressed, put on the gown and was waiting for Dr. Leibovsky for another half an hour. No one showed up, I dressed up, informed the register of my excessive waiting time and said that I can't wait for more than an hour. They were not aware if the doctor was going to see me. 9 months later I got a $125 bill for "Late Cancel of the appointment". I did not cancel, I was present and waited for more than an hour without any information. Dr. Leibovsky did not show up. I had second and third opinion on my physical health and neither of the doctors suggested that "quick test" was important for me. Billing department was not able to provide any information on this situation. Now when I read other people reviews I see that I am not the only one in such a situation. I was told I needed an appointment to establish care first. They made me an appointment for January 2 at 8:15 am. When I showed up at 8:00, the office was dark. When someone finally showed up at 8:10, I was told the doctor was out of town and that my appointment had been rescheduled for January 10 and I had received a call. The only call I received was a voicemail CONFIRMING my appointment. The receptionist then told me that the appointment should have never been scheduled in the first place because, on December 27, the calendar showed the doctor out of the office. Having taken the day off, I was a little miffed, but I agreed to the January 10 appointment. On January 10, I showed up for my appointment, spent 20 minutes filling out a stack of forms and then I sat and waited...and waited. During my wait, the doctor took the time to meet with some pharmaceutical reps that dropped in WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. After 50 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told the doctor was "behind schedule", was with one patient and yet another was ahead of me. I decided to wait a little longer. After another 40 minutes, nothing had changed. I asked the staff person for my $45 co-pay back and I left. This was an appointment to "establish care." The office staff did not seem to care that they canceled one appointment and kept me waiting for 90 minutes on another. If the office staff are incompetent at the most basic level, find another provider. Lesson learned.

I needed major surgery and she provided ample information, risks and patience as I asked questions on the before, during and after impact. The staff at Montage was incredibly caring and the surgery went without any issues. Over one year later, Dr. Markusen and her office remain responsive and caring. She is one of the doctors who you don't move away from once you find.
