I've been a patient of Dr. Leibovsky and Maria for several years, just once a year for annual exam…read more After my first visit they asked me to provide a review, everything was great and I wrote a great review. Every year the service declined, the waiting time became longer. On July 9 2025 Dr. Leibovsky scheduled me for a "quick test". I came in on time, signed in and had to wait for 35 min in the lobby. Then the assistant took me to the exam room, I undressed, put on the gown and was waiting for Dr. Leibovsky for another half an hour. No one showed up, I dressed up, informed the register of my excessive waiting time and said that I can't wait for more than an hour. They were not aware if the doctor was going to see me. 9 months later I got a $125 bill for "Late Cancel of the appointment". I did not cancel, I was present and waited for more than an hour without any information. Dr. Leibovsky did not show up. I had second and third opinion on my physical health and neither of the doctors suggested that "quick test" was important for me. Billing department was not able to provide any information on this situation. Now when I read other people reviews I see that I am not the only one in such a situation. I wouldn't see them again for sure.

After numerous requests to find out how long it would be, he finally left at about 11:45 after making an appointment with another doctor. Staff was apologetic and helpful (as much as possible) but wait time is unacceptable. Husband took off work to go to this appointment and he works 1.5 hours away so you can imagine how inconvenient this was. ALSO, this was not original appointment nor doctor. When I called office a couple of week before about another question, found out that husband's appointment was not only moved out a week but was scheduled with a different doctor. No one notified us; had it not been for my calling to ask a question on the intake form, we would not have known he had been rescheduled. Just noticed that Doctor concentrates on women's health (obgyn?) which can possibly be cause of delay. However, if known there would be a delay at this time in the morning, someone should have notified us and rescheduled appointment. BTW, was told that this doctor is notorious for running late. Terrible service; terrible consideration and respect for other people's time!!!

Such a pleasant Doctor! The wait times could be a little long but it's worth it! My mother is in need of a family healthcare doctor and I know just where I will recommend for her to go. However things changed noticeably when I informed her of my plans to try to have a baby. I found her extremely unhelpful in guiding me, answering my questions, or even just being available. I could only assume that her attitude towards me changed suddenly because I am overweight and she did not think I was healthy enough for a pregnancy? I honestly can't think of any other reason why she would be so unhelpful towards me. I called several times for advice and she only seemed to get back to me begrudgingly. The medication she did prescribe to me she did not explain exactly how it worked or even that it could possibly result in multiple births! I definitely felt I was not being treated like an adult with a right to understand my options -for over the course of a year! After having a test done at another facility, she never called me to follow up. Then she became completely unreachable, I left several messages with her staff over the next few months and did not receive a single call back. I finally gave up and found a new doctor.

I went to inquire about hormone replacement therapy for post menopause…read more I arrived at my appointment on time only to wait an hour till she came in the room. No apologies or explanation. Not horrible but not a great first impression. She proceeded to give what seemed to be an hour long presentation of how wonderful Premarin is. Giving quick diagrams and handouts. I sat and listened. After an hour I had a few questions. One of them was why no other form of HRT was considered other Premarin in her practice. Her demeanor quickly changed and I was told that she just spent an hour with me and that if I needed more consultation I would need to schedule another appointment. I was blindsided by her response. She quickly rushed me out but not empty handed. She gave me a pretty good supply of Premarin samples. I noted that while waiting her front desk staff was complaining and making fun of a previous patient. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed with my experience and did not feel heard or considered. Bottom line from my point of view, she's an old school doctor that's a bit outdated on her approach and medicine. Not a problem for everyone but I prefer for my healthcare to include my opinion and questions to be heard and considered. It's a hard pass for me.

He treated my dream of becoming a parent as if it were his own, explaining complex procedures in a way that was easy to understand, making thoughtful recommendations tailored to my case, and guiding me with confidence through every decision. His calm presence, expertise, and dedication gave me more than medical care, he gave me hope and, ultimately, my miracle. The team that works alongside him is equally exceptional. Emily, Erika, and Elvira were not only kind and encouraging but also highly knowledgeable, guiding me through each step with professionalism and clarity. Their ability to combine compassion with expertise made such a difference in helping me feel informed and supported at all times. I also want to thank the embryologist, whose incredible skill and attention to detail often go unseen by patients, but made all the difference in giving me confidence that my embryos were in the very best hands. Because of this remarkable team, I am now expecting my miracle baby. I will forever be grateful and recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.

Seeing as there are hardly any fertility clinics in the Monterey area, seems like Edward Ramirez loves the monopoly he has, and looks down on the rest of us who need to travel elsewhere for care for whatever the reason may be. I wanted an ultrasound, not a lecture.
