Best pediatrician! I scoured the internet to find a pediatrician for my baby over 7 years ago and I'm so happy that I chose Dr. Erica. She has been our children's pediatrician every since. She is calm and professional, which is a great fit for me and our kiddos. She greets us first when walking into the room and lets me ask all the questions that I have stored up. She never rushes me, although I always try to be courteous of her time. Her knowledge of child development is excellent and she takes the time to educate the children on things like nutrition, listening to your body, respecting your body, etc. She is also very open to examining your child while they sit on your lap or hold your hand. She tells children what she is going to do before she does it. (Ex/ this lets me see inside your ear. here is the button that turns on the light...) This is good for my shy kiddos, rather than rushing them through an exam. I find that she listens to me and my children and respects our concerns and feelings. I'm also so happy that she suggested using "a chaser" of formula for my newborn daughter who was losing weight and not getting enough through breastfeeding alone. So after I nursed, I followed up with a small amount of formula and that just made a world of difference to her happiness and health, as well as my feelings of guilt in not providing enough.
