Excellent Painting Service by AM PRO Painting!…read more I recently hired AM PRO Painting to paint my 4-car direct-access garage and two walk-in closets, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their professional team did an excellent job and completed the entire project in just 2 days. The painting was clean, neat, and beautifully done. Their workmanship and attention to detail were impressive. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other vendors I considered. I would highly recommend AM PRO Painting to my friends and family, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic job!

We called to get a quote for painting the exterior of our home. Doug scheduled via text a date and…read moretime to do the estimate. On that day, he did not arrive or call. I waited 30 minutes before calling to see if something had happened. He answered and said "Oh, what's your address, I can be there in 20 minutes." He arrived 30 minutes later and gave us the quote. He took his time and wrote out exactly what we needed. His quote was thorough and seemed reasonable. The reason for my 1-star rating is because when we were ready to schedule, we called and called and no one ever answered. My husband also tried and left messages that were never returned. I know they are a busy company, but it shouldn't be that hard to schedule once a quote has been provided. Perhaps Doug needs to hire a receptionist to help with phones. We ended up going with another company and I'm so glad we did. They did a wonderful job! They were also Yelp verified and backed by a $2,500 protection by Yelp. We chose a smaller company where we had direct access to the owner and communication was never a problem. The owner was also onsite every day of the job.

I REALLY wanted to give a good review because they were so nice...but unfortunately, being nice…read moredoesn't get the house painted and doesnt earn 5 stars for painting. I'm writing this as honestly as possible and not from a place of anger as I am not angered with them at all--"disappointed" would be the more appropriate feeling. I asked to have the exterior of my 2 story track home painted. They said they could do it and provided a quote and I accepted. They showed up as scheduled and got the requested colors and went to work. However, they didn't finish the job. They didn't paint the back or upper sides of the house, stating that my house was "by far the tallest house" they have ever painted and that they couldn't reach those areas. They took off $250 for the unfinished job, stating that's what it would cost to paint the rest of it, but unfortunately, I cannot find anyone willing to finish the job for $250-so I'm left with a partially painted house. On the plus side, the front looks great and the HOA is happy. My father-in-law said I should report them and make them finish the job and I probably would if I felt like they were deliberately being sheisty. But I don't think that's the case. I believe they did their best and that they just overestimated their capabilities. They were profusely apologetic. So, buyer beware, they're probably not the right company for the job of exterior painting of a 2 story home.

I had an amazing experience with Rainer painting pros. I really wanted to take my time with this…read morereview because they helped me and my husband so much. The owner Andrew came to my house the next day after I called. He was there on time and also gave me a quote the very next day. By the time I talked to Andrew I already had talked to 4 different contractors and all of them took a long time to give me a quote or would respond and then not respond back and some didn't even give me a quote. I was very happy to hear back from Andrew fast and also set a time and day for him and his team to come. They got there the very next week always on time and had everything ready. They were all very professional and very helpful. They painted my entire first floor and made sure they covered everything and took care of every detail. I am very happy with the outcome and the results of my house. We had a house fire in January and unfortunately and our insurance only covered the second floor paint in areas without doors. Andrew and his team painted all the rooms not covered by insurance and down stairs. They worked faster, and more efficiently than the contractors I had for my insurance work. I wish they did my insurance work too! So if you are looking for a contractor don't look anywhere else and just pick Rainer Painting Pros. I was very happy with my decision and happy with the use of me and my husbands money to fix our home and make it nice for us, the pups, cat and the baby. Thank you for all the help and dedication you have to your craft! It is always good to meet people who are good and do a great job also and are there to do good for others.

Rainer Painting Pros -- Disappointing Interior Work and Poor Value for the Money…read more I hired Rainer Painting Pros to paint both the exterior and interior of my 1,568-square-foot home. I was okay with the exterior work, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the interior work. The interior project included painting approximately two-thirds of the house, excluding two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two closets, as well as repainting the kitchen cabinets. The project also included installing baseboards on the first floor and installing a few pieces of laminate flooring, all of which I supplied. I specifically requested that portions of the walls be retextured and that damaged baseboards and door jambs, including areas chewed up by my dogs, be repaired. The quote was substantial, but I agreed to the price because I was given the impression that all the areas of concern would be properly repaired and finished. I believed I was hiring professionals who knew what they were doing and could deliver the quality of work I was paying for. I expected the damaged areas to look new when the job was completed. Unfortunately, that was not the result I received. The attached photos show just a few examples of the finished work. They include rough and uneven patching, poorly finished wall areas, and damaged door-jamb and baseboard repairs with visible ridges, gaps, and exposed material. These are not the results I expected after specifically pointing out the areas that needed attention. What made the experience even more disappointing was being told that this was the best they could do. Given the price I paid and the expectations set before the work began, I found that response unacceptable. I was not expecting perfection, but I did expect proper repairs, professional preparation, attention to detail, and a finished appearance that justified the cost. My biggest complaint is the lack of value for the money. I agreed to a substantial quote because I trusted that the work would be completed properly. Instead, I was left disappointed with the interior workmanship and the response to my concerns. I strongly recommend that anyone hiring painters inspect the work carefully at the end of each day's work. If you notice problems, point them out immediately and ask that they be corrected the very next day. Do not wait until the entire project is finished to discover problems throughout the house. To be fair, I was okay with the exterior work. However, based on my experience with the interior painting and repairs, I would be very hesitant to hire Rainer Painting Pros again for interior work. Make sure every requested repair is documented in writing, inspect the work daily, and verify that the finished results meet your expectations before considering the job complete.

Outstanding Work from Hoffman's Painting!…read more We couldn't be happier with the work Hoffman's Painting did on the exterior of our home and perimeter wall. From the very beginning, their attention to detail was exceptional. The preparation was just as impressive as the painting itself. They took the time to repair every single nail hole, crack, and split piece of wood before painting. The level of preparation and care they put into the project truly made a difference in the finished product. They also applied two full coats of paint, which many painters don't include without charging an additional fee. The entire team was professional, hardworking, meticulous, and respectful of our property. A special thank you to Carlos, Eber, and Jose for their excellent work, and to Rudy, the project manager, for keeping everything organized and making sure the job was done right. It's clear that Hoffman's Painting takes pride in their work, and it shows. Our house looks absolutely beautiful, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painting company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you, Hoffman's Painting, for an incredible job! We absolutely love the results!

We got what I knew to be a very good quote especially when you consider Hoffman's always does two coats - most do not unless you pay extra ( that's precisely why we're repainting after only 7 years). They did excellent stucco and wood prep. Every hole, scar, blemish, scratch and crack were patched appropriately. The level of detail was mind blowing (I've dealt with professional painters at least 7 times in my personal life). The care and concern for masking and taping not just windows, but every single potential issue was mitigated by covering or moving. Without being hyperbolic, the house looks new and light-years better than 7 years ago. They left no mess or evidence of having been here aside from a beautifully refreshed home. I did find that my suitcases and my cooler were victims of me not thinking about spray coming in the upper garage vent, but really think I should have thought about that. I cannot say enough about this company or this crew (Carlos, Eber, and Juan).
