The entire staff was exceptional--friendly, polite, and genuinely focused on creating a customer experience unlike any other dental office I've visited. Dr Wilkin is the kindest, most patient man. Every person in the office, from front desk to hygienist to dental assistant is top notch in professionalism, patience (they need it with this chicken) and KINDNESS. After our exams, we were required to schedule a separate second visit just to review our results--which is where the experience really went downhill. During that follow-up, it felt less like a medical office and more like a high-pressure used car lot. The practice presented both of us with treatment plans recommending thousands of dollars in dental work.
