We reached out to Ms. Butler on July 30 to see if that was accurate with zero response. It was not until multiple phone calls and emails that she responded on 8/4. We requested our $3,450 refund check on 8/1. We have reached out on numerous occasions and still as of today, 9/8 have not received the refund check. I confirmed the insurance carrier sent the check to her on 8/7 and predicted it would get to her on 8/8. She has been dismissive, unhelpful, unsympathetic and unprofessional throughout. Wondering if I owed $3450 to Inszone they would be willing to wait 6 weeks for payment? This complaint will now be elevated.
