Dan Tweedy and the receptionist who greeted me were personable and friendly and I was greeted right away and asked if I wanted anything to drink while waiting. And the wait to see Dan was only a couple minutes. I met with Dan on pretty short notice and had a lengthy (no cost to me) conversation about Medicare insurance as well as faith and Christianity, only after I brought it up first. Afterward I also asked for a quote for life insurance and if the quote is close to the actual cost after going through underwriting then they have another customer as the input/info regarding Medicare cost him 3 hours and $0 income to him so far. Dan also said they can meet with my relative in Idaho Falls if need be!!! as he and other associates in the office travel that way on purpose for the company. And they have an office in Coeur d'Alene I'm pretty sure he said.

Speaking from experience when you crash your car the last thing that you wanna have to worry about is paperwork and dealing with questions and all kinds of people so that you can just get back on the road again. State Farm made it to where it was one and done, they didn't haggle me to approve my claim. They transferred my insurance from my old car to my new car that same day. Their treatment of my mom is the very definition of elder abuse and fraud. Cheryl enrolled my mom into a plan that was in no way to my mom's benefit. To boot, she did it out of cycle so my mom continues to receive invoices for late enrollment. In spite of numerous visits to the Nampa office and literally begging to be removed from the plan in which she was enrolled, HIA continued my mom's enrollment into 2024. They even went so far as to tell her that "nobody here will help you" the last time she called in December 2023 to make sure she had been un-enrolled. Absolutely shameful. I'm not sure how Cheryl sleeps at night.
