My custody case was a lengthy one and Eric got me custody of my son after living with his mom for 8 1/2 years, even after the child custody investigator recommended that my son stay with his mom, Eric pushed through and presented my case to the judge and ended up winning the case giving me primary custody. Eric Ludwig.... My initial consultation with Eric was exactly what I wanted in a divorce attorney. I was being taken to court every year by my ex and was alienated from my children and needed a strong attorney to fight for my rights as a father and to help protect me financially. The minute Eric got my retainer he turned into the laziest and most inept attorney I had used up to this point. The things that I got done while Eric represented me I had to do on my own.
