I use their on-line banking, this month they have paid my mortgage three times, after one authorization. I stop payment on that payee when the problem was first discovered, they kept paying from my account, after an hour on the phone, they first admitted the mistake, but after talking to the supervisor, he informs me they never made a mistake at all, and to restore money to my account will require that I start again with an entirely new department. Imagine paying your mortgage 3 times a month and what that do to your budget, I found out that Synovus could care less, the irony is they laughingly call this department "Customer Care".
