I want to say the atmosphere and people are kind. They knew I was nervous and Lauren calmed my…read morenerves by answering all my questions. I am very disappointed though. I felt my business wasn't wanted. Even tho I had 2 implants and fillings done there 5 years ago. I felt like my money wasn't good enough. I had X-rays done and all of that this week. With that and they seen my teeth, I now have to wait until the end of October to get my "consultation" done with billing. So I won't even get my work done until November/December. My insurance will not cover everything wanted. But I explained I have the money to pay for it right then and there. I know teeth and work are expensive. I had waited over a month just to get in for X-rays. I have saved over $20k for my smile. My teeth are broken and my smile is ugly. I have teeth broken at the gum line and in my opinion..emergency. I just felt when I left my business wasn't appreciated because they assumed I needed financing and maybe thought I wouldn't pay. That's just the vibe I felt. So I called other places who want my business and eager to help me. Again the atmosphere is nice, calming. But if you are not gonna be eager to help keep your customers when there are emergent situations, I can't recommend this place in good faith now.
