They are excellent at lip tie and tongue tie surgery (frenectomies). Without them we'd have to have driven all the way to Chicago to help our two girls (last time I checked). They aren't pushy at all though and only give information and let the parents choose what's right for their family. They also are fun for cleanings and regular things like that. They also helped one of my adult friends get their lip & tongue tie fixed, so talk to them if that's something you're needing help with. It's not covered by insurance, though they give you paperwork that you can submit after the fact if you'd like to give it a shot. All in all this is a knowledgeable, friendly place that puts great care into keeping their patients happy and healthy.

As doctors in general go, he's the best I've met in Bedford over the past few years since moving here. We need a hundred more just like him in other specialties. Shouldn't have to travel to a large metropolis just to find great care. In the past, some old Boomer dentists have given me grief for being a nervous pt. Not Dr Weiss nor his staff. All were very understanding, helpful, and professional. They use all the modern techniques, whereas some dentists in the past were nothing but brutal cavemen!! He takes his time to explain and answer questions and this alone helps so much with "dental anxiety". They even have a great game plan to deal with Covid-19 and that was a big concern for me as well. They stick with protocol and enforce it. Additionally, he's not the type of dentist who'll just tell you to grin and bear the pain or to just "get over it". He's proactive as all Drs and staff should be. He's laid back and has an actual personality and sense of humor. I've had several appointments so far at Atrium and many more to go. I'm glad to have found him and his staff in this tiny backwoods town. Never knew this level of service was available in Bedford. Keep up the great work guys. You rock!! I just want to make sure people are aware of a situation they may face with this dentist office. I…read morehave taken all three of my children here since birth and all was great until this year, 16 years later. My son needed dental work on several teeth and we were quoted $1300 after insurance. I asked if we could only do the couple of teeth that are going to cause issues soon as to avoid such a high bill and worry about the other ones later. I was told that they would absolutely NOT adjust the work to accommodate my request and instead offered to take out more credit in addition to the care credit we currently have. I insisted and they refused, so we went for a second opinion. The new dentist not only offered to adjust a plan to fit our needs, but quoted us to do the exact same work for only $250. We didn't have to adjust our plan and my son got all the work done that he needed for $1050 LESS. Please beware and seek a second opinion for high costing dental work quoted at this office. $1300 versus $250 for the exact same work is rather suspicious and ridiculous to me

He still loves going there and isn't scared at all. My daughter had never been to a dentist. However, the staff is so friendly that she loves it. She's insanely shy. By the time we left I she was talking to everyone. They have a t.v. room, two gaming systems, and the kids get to watch cartoons above their heads when they are getting major work done. He is the best kids dentist I have seen before. I wish I would have went to him as a child.
