Elsner Law Firm - Justin Elsner, Managing Attorney

Elsner Law Firm

(16 reviews)

I wish I could give 5000000 stars for Elsner Law Firm, they are the absolute best law firm I have…read moreever worked with! I had what felt like a really overwhelming and complicated case that was incredibly emotional for me but not only did they me, they were so kind, patient, compassionate, and supportive the entire time. Working with them not only made such a stressful experience so much better with their help, but ultimately it impacted my life in such a positive way. I am so eternally thankfully for them! Justin Elsner is such an incredible lawyer. From the beginning to the end I felt so supported working with him. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional which made me feel completely safe working with him and him representing me when a lot of the legal process scared me a lot or was hard to go through emotionally. It is clear he is very experienced and has his clients best interest at heart which means so much when there are complicated money and injury related things going on. Trisha was the main person I worked with alongside Justin and she is just the sweetest person ever, she was so patient with me and supportive with all of my questions, feelings, and struggles. I felt so safe working with her as well and really appreciate how she was always so kind no matter what and easy to communicate with. It means the absolute world to me how she and Justin felt like a rock I could actually lean on when there was so much going on that I could not handle by myself. Thank you so much Elsner Law, working with you made such a difference during an overwhelming and scary time. I cannot express how grateful I am for your support and how compassionate you are. You seriously impacted my life for the better and I will be forever grateful for you!!

Justin Elsner and his team made everything extremely easy. I've met Justin and Trisha twice; once…read moreto tell them about my situation and discuss fees, the other to close the case. It was easy as that. I was given an estimate of when the case would be over and how it would probably end and they were very much spot on. Trisha was the person I communicated with the most through text and she is very communicative. She answered all of my questions, kept me updated on the case and helped me understand what was going on. I couldn't recommend them enough! I wish I wouldn't ever need their services again but if something unfortunate happened again, I would definitely reach back out to them.

Feldman & Lee PS

I have had the pleasure of meeting David through my unfortunate dealings with Jim Adler (the worst…read morelaw firm to exist). After several YEARS of being shuffled from attorney to attorney with Jim Adler and several time in which they misplaced prudent evidence in my case, I finally was assigned David Feldman. David was the only one that was constant and finally moved my case along. Without notice or communication, my case went silent. After several attempts I got nowhere. I found out that David was no longer with Adler. I quickly located him and he willing took my case even having to split it with Adler that did NO WORK on my daughter's case. David quickly secured a deposition in which the attorney stopped and asked to settle right then. A case that took years was resolved in months once he was able to have full control of the case. Since then I have maintained an close relationship with him and have referred many friend and family that continue to use and refer his services. David you are the best!

Sophia's review is 100% correct -- Feldman & Lee are in cahoots with Lynnwood Courthouse & PD,…read moreespecially Judge Stephen Moore, aka "Judge More Time" as he is commonly referred to, since you are guaranteed MORE jail time if he is presiding over your case. The retail giants in the area--Macy's, Nordstrom, Target, JCPenny, Fred Meyer, and others--are also working with Lynnwood PD, Judge Moore, the associates from Feldman & Lee, and other state officials to ensure you get from point A (getting charged) to point B (jail) without the slightest chance of walking away with a record free from criminal convictions. They want to make an example out of you. They want to bleed you dry. They want to get you into the criminal "justice" system so that it's nothing short of guaranteed that you'll be a repeat offender and they'll see you (and your wallet) again and again and again and again. IMPORTANT: If you're thinking to yourself "I'm broke, I better just hire a public defender because it's free," YOU WOULD BE WRONG! Many states offer their residents criminal defense lawyers free of charge--Washington State is NOT one of them! You will be charged a few hundred bucks at MINIMUM for these clowns to help usher you along to your jail cell. Take my advice: Do whatever you need to do to scrape a little bit of cash together & hire a private attorney, who will actually be working FOR you instead of AGAINST you. I highly recommend the law office of Lance Fryrear, and I only wish I had known everything I'm telling you now & had hired him sooner instead of that chump Patrick Feldman & I would still have a clean record. While Lance couldn't go back in time & tell me not to sign my guilty plea, he & his associates did work tirelessly to ensure I stayed out of jail when Judge Moore was trying his best to put me there. Patrick Feldman, by comparison, couldn't even stay another 10 minutes for my name to be called on my court date. Instead, I got up to the front and was greeted by someone else from his office who not only was completely clueless about my case, but didn't even know how to pronounce my name. To add insult to injury, when Judge Moore started verbally harassing me, calling me names, mocking me & the details of my case, my so-called public "defender" did nothing. Let's rewind a bit... Before my initial meeting with Patrick Feldman, I spent hours of my own time gathering evidence to support my case, such as letters of reference, medical history, letters from my doctors & therapists, recent outtake form from an IOP, and anything else I could find that might help my case. The day I met him at his office, he made copies of everything and assured me that he would do everything in his power to help defend me & my case. However, when I showed up to my court date, he told me that there wasn't anything he could do & I should take a guilty plea. I would be convicted, I would serve time, I would have a criminal record. All for a first offense, for which I had already sought extensive treatment and professional help on my own. The severity of the sentencing, even with the plea deal, was baffling to me, especially considering it was a first offense. But if you're too poor to hire a private attorney to defend you, you also probably have never been to law school, or know what your rights & options are beyond whatever advice is given to you by your public defender. That's why you do NOT want to hire a public defender who is in the back pocket of the prosecutor, which in Lynnwood's case seems corrupt but it's true. Taking Feldman's advice that day was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made, and his lack of professionalism continues to negatively affect my life in countless ways. Employment, housing, travel and so on--Having a rap sheet makes professional and personal success extremely challenging. By comparison, within ten minutes of walking into Lance's office for my first appointment, one of his associates pulled up a docket from a year prior that had all the information needed to get my current case completely dismissed. The case Patrick Feldman said I had no other option but to my plead guilty to. If Feldman & Lee would have spent a mere two MAYBE three minutes pulling up & reading that docket (which they absolutely had access to) they would have been able to give me a proper DEFENSE. One final comment about money: The amount I had to pay Feldman & Lee for their services plus all the fines that came with my guilty plea, plus the setup cost plus daily fee of my EHM, etc... the total amount I ended up paying by going with the public defender ($1,892.00) was MORE than the flat fee Lance's office would charge for my case ($1,500). That's all I got.
