I can't recommend Dr. Subbio, Kat, and this practice enough!…read more Dr. Subbio performed my breast reduction in 2019, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. He is incredibly meticulous, down to earth, and genuinely a great doctor. Years later, I'm still so happy with my results. Kat has been doing my injections for the past few years, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. I've since moved about an hour away from the practice, and I still make the drive because I trust her and consistently love my results. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Go see her: @nurse_injector_kat https://www.instagram.com/nurse_injector_kat One of the things I appreciate most about Kat is that she truly cares about making sure you're happy. Before I leave, she always reminds me, "Give it two weeks, and if you're not happy, call me." Her line is, "We want it as close to perfect as we can get," and that really sums up the level of care here. They're talented, meticulous, approachable, and never make you feel rushed. I can't recommend Dr. Subbio, Kat, and the entire practice enough!

I had seen Dr. Subbio's work firsthand over the years, and I knew he was worth the drive from out of town. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt confident that I was in the right hands. I trusted him with both my health and my confidence, and he exceeded every expectation. Dr. Subbio performed my breast reduction and lift, and I could not be happier with my results. The outcome is not only beautifully done but has genuinely improved my quality of life. His professionalism, artistry, and compassion set him apart. I am incredibly grateful for the care he provided and would recommend him without hesitation.

I've had such an amazing experience under Dr. Undavia's care! My lips are my favorite feature now I was greeted by the kind staff and seen quickly after signing in. ( I don't know the name of all the staff but everyone was so sweet and Mishel is awesome!) Dr. Undavia asked me what results I was looking for and throughout the procedure I was shown my lips and asked for feedback to make sure everything was to my liking. My procedure was quick and I was able to wear clear lip balm afterwards without noticeable discoloration or swelling like I was afraid of. Dr. Undavia listens and is very knowledgeable so he made me feel totally uncomfortable. I'm going back for another procedure (non-surgical nose job) because I trust that I will get a natural but noticeable change for the better in my appearance. Thank you Dr. Undavia!

Every doctor and specialist I saw just gave me a z-pack and diagnosed me with bronchitis. After countless rounds of medication and hundreds of dollars for our copay, my husband found Dr. Undavia's office in the beginning of January. I went to his office and his entire staff was so friendly. Dr Undavia and his intake nurse listened to me and asked many questions to find out what was going on. He put me on a four week treatment plan, and I was completely functional by the second week. I can't thank him and his staff enough.

Other pros: - it's SUPER clean - it looks modern and cool - they're technologically advanced - free parking right in the back - short wait times

The tricked me into have a test done that was not strictly necessary by making it sound like it was included, which it was not and cost additional money. They then did not even give me the results for the test, I received no communication about it from them so I was essentially tricked into paying for a service I did not even receive. Both myself and my insurance also had trouble contacting them about billing information. I think there are better providers and office out there if you need a dermatologist.

I reached out to this office to schedule a consultation. I was asked to send pictures and to…read morespecify what I was seeking. I did so and mentioned what a previous oculoplastic surgeon recommended after surgery with him. I then received a very rude email stating that my eyes were shaped "extremely different" (duh, I know that, that's why I'm seeking help), and that the surgery wouldn't be helpful. No suggestions for an in person consultation. If I look so "extremely" uneven, wouldn't you at least want to try to help me? Photos are limited for evaluation. Also, I just mentioned what one doctor suggested years ago. Obviously I don't believe that what was mentioned then is still what I need. I just finished medical school and honestly, I'm still so peeved and hurt by this unprofessional encounter I felt the need to write. Having a congenital eye disorder results in a lot of insecurities, and having a sensitive bedside manner is really important when helping potential patients. I felt awful about myself after this encounter and stopped seeking help for some time...I just hope whoever wrote that email has learned to be more sensitive towards vulnerable patients. PS I lived 10 min from the office at the time I asked about a consultation.

When I called to understand what happened, I was given inconsistent and unconvincing explanations. First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.
