There is nothing but good things I can say about Ron. When we were searching for a realtor, he was…read moreby far the most responsive and took the time to actually answer all of our questions. We were living in NY while looking for a house and Ron would show us houses on facetime. Then when we came out to the twin cities for a week, he showed us every house we wanted to see within our schedule. He helped us understand the process and helped us find the perfect house for us. It comes down to the facts that Ron is responsive, professional, makes as much time for you as you need, makes you feel valued no matter your price point, and sticks with you throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron for any home buyer.

Before we flew in Ron was diligent in planning what houses we could see and making sure to maximize the amount of houses we could see in our very limited time. He was incredibly willing to be flexible with his time and spent three solid days with us (including Mother's Day). When we weren't together and he was working on paper work he kept us updated (including at 10pm at night when we text him a question). Ron is excellent in that he doesn't try and sugar coat a property that isn't worth your time and money instead letting you see what you like in a house and showing you what might be inconveniences and potentially costly repairs.

Kevin is knowledgeable and persistent and it showed by his work. He crawled under houses and went up in attics to really check out the property. This was critical to me as a first-time home buyer, without his knowledge and experience I would have likely been bamboozled into purchasing a house with lots of flaws I or a standard realtor would not find. To pair with his experience and dedication Kevin and his team understood exactly what I was looking for and were able to find an amazing option for me that checked all my boxes within my price range. They went out of their way to understand what I wanted and made it a reality. After I had an offer on a house his team was able to connect me with a lender, title company, and home inspector. Kevin even managed to secure me a new coffee table and side table for my living room, for free! Ultimately, I believe the most important trait about Kevin is I could trust him. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase and he was comfortable with my pace. Kevin was able to explain in layman's terms to me what he was looking at and was able to steer me away from properties that would not have been a good fit for me. By the end of my time working with Kevin, he had become a friend to me. Because of this, I will be using him again when the time comes!

Excellent advice and guidance through selling process. Tim is an excellent realtor and made the…read morehouse selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

Detail Oriented and Long Term Mindset…read more Tim is the most wonderful realtor to work with. He is trustworthy, has expertise, and was looking out for us throughout the process!!! My partner and I are first time homebuyers, and were also living out of state and across the country when we first contacted Tim. We chose him because he was very good with technology that allowed us to look while not physically present. Tim continued to impress with his virtual home review videos and his expert eye to see the costly flaws in a house. He was always available and eager to help! He also helped us through complex circumstances of home buying. There were a few external mishaps and Tim helped us pivot and come up with a strategy for next steps. We extended multiple offers and he made sure we weren't overpaying for anything through back and forth bartering. Some sellers didn't want to work with us or convey the full details of the house and he cut through the unwritten rules of real estate and held other realtors accountable. Tim was very knowledgeable from a contracting perspective too. He had estimated costs for repairs and a great eye to spot flaws in any house. He has a contact list for every repair under the sun and was able to get quotes quickly during the inspection period. Which saved us after a house came back with a terrible inspection! Our home buying process was complex since we initially wanted an investment property then transitioned to making it a primary residence. Tim was very patient with us. I never felt pressure to buy a house I didn't like, or extend an offer higher than I felt comfortable with. He was on our side for the 10 months we spent looking. He also responded very quickly and we were able to extend offers on a quick turnaround which is very important. We got a house we love and we will continue to use Tim for EVERYTHING real estate related!!!

We did not have an actual Realtor because we could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help us find a home. Patrick was the first to really listen to us. Find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, made sure we knew about it immediately. We had to search Zillow and then ask previous Realtors we' d had if they could show us a home and then hope they could find the time. Patrick always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when we asked it was within a half an hour and he either picked us up for a viewing or was already at the home and waiting for us with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Mr Corbett is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We were very picky when it came to finding our home. It took 6 months with numerous showings. Patrick worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did. We are happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Patrick's efforts and are very grateful. We love our new home. We would recommend Patrick Corbett to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

Sam Steadman has been repeatedly calling me using an auto dialer. The worst kind of auto dialer,…read moretoo, where the robocaller pretends to be a real person to keep you on the phone for a long time. It plays a greeting that sounds like a live human, waits for you to say something, then talks about how YOU called him but your call got interrupted (haha NO), and only then launches into a sales spiel that makes you realize it's a robocall. These calls are made to my personal cell, repeatedly at about 10-minute intervals, outside of normal office hours. As you can see from the screenshot attached, yesterday evening he auto dialed me twice after 6 pm. It's a disgusting sales tactic that crosses the line from simply unethical to harassment. I hope everyone that reads this thinks twice about doing business with this man. (I should to add that several months ago, the same Sam Steadman auto dialed our office number multiple days in a row. When we called him out on it, he apologized and said "it was an unintentionally mis-configured system, sorry about that". It now looks like he wasn't sorry enough.)

His knowledge, professionalism, and patience made the decision-making and transaction of buying my new home a very smooth and informed one. In working with him, it's clear he brings a lot of knowledge to the table about market home values, purchase prices, costs of repairs and renovation, and the buyer and seller. Joe made buying and selling a really pleasant and good experience, in taking on all the heavy work out of the process to make face time with him easy and enjoyable. It's definitely the case that Adrian Realty goes the extra mile to make sure all the boxes are checked and to secure the deal. I'd recommend Joe to a friend for real estate any day!
