There was no pain or bloating after the procedure although I did not have any polyps so nothing was removed. I will go to him for my next procedure. I remember right before surgery, I told what my expectations were, gave him a hug and a high-five, and he did his magic. How do you find a great doctor? Well, for me, Dr. Sadikman was recommended by a hospital doctor…read morewhen I was recovering from pneumonia. I asked the hospital doctor, "Who would you recommend for your own family? Your mom or sister?" And, he replied Dr. Jesse Sadikman. I went to see Dr. Sadikman and that was the start of a wonderful patient-doctor relationship. Dr. Sadikman is my GP or general physician. He is absolutely the kindest, most caring doctor, and such an excellent doctor. He won't give up in finding what is wrong with you, if you are sick. He listens to you and is very thorough in checking for what is making you ill. He will recommend a specialist, if you need one. The office just moved and they are in Bethesda now off of Rockledge Drive. His nurses Lilly and Taryn are the nicest medical professionals you could happen to meet. They are so receptive to your needs. Dr. Sadikman is a concierge practice. So, you pay a yearly fee. The nice thing about that is you can get in to see him, when you need to. I highly recommend Dr. Sadikman.

He's been my…read moreprimary care physician for 3 years now, and what impresses me most is that if he comes across a question or issue, he actually takes the time to research it and educates me about pros and cons of medical decisions. Case in point, I had a question about a vaccination prior to international travel. Yes, CDC lists this vaccine and advises to take it, but Dr. Sadikman went much further, asking me about specific conditions I am likely to encounter, time of the year I will travel etc. before making his recommendation. That was most thoughtful. Dr. Sadikman is so much more than other docs who just want to write you a prescriptions. I feel very fortunate to have found his practice. He is complemented by overall excellent staff, working seamlessly with dr. Sadikman, the whole team delivers top-shelf care. Highly recommended.

RUN!!!! The worst medical experience of my life…read more The Doctors have the lowest level of care or professionalism I have ever seen. They are massively incompetent and were so unreliable that they didn't send in multiple prescriptions that they prescribed. The doctors were unable to be reached by there staff every time I have called. Each time I called I was told I would get a call back from the doctor but still have never heard back. The Staff is both unprofessional and inept. They lack empathy and are combative with almost every patient I have seen walk into their office. When you call in, it is unclear if they ever actually pass along any medical updates, concerns or refill requests to the doctor.

With medical care becoming so impersonal and like a manufacturing plant, it is refreshing to know that we have an advocate who knows who we are, cares about us, and whom we consider a friend (and we did not know Dr. Possner before we signed up with his practice). Horrible experience at this practice…read more 1. During discussion of my quite minimal medical history, Dr. Doman diagnosed me with possibly THREE major syndrdomes - Sjoren's (um, aren't you a gastroenterologist? my dry eye doctor says no Sjoren's), Cron's (only bcuz a relative had it), and Barrett's esophagus. Wow! All this without even doing an exam. After exam I had none of these. What a great bedside manner. Let's frighten the patient based on nothing. 2. I was told test results showed heartburn and gastritis. I took pills for a month, then figured out I had a problem with nuts. I was not able to make the follow up due to work problems and then Covid lockdowns hit. 3. Someone called me months later, during Covid, clearly trying to drum up money by getting people to do telehealth calls, with full charges to insurance and full copays. I said I didn't have the money at this time. This horrible woman then said: "Don't you want to know your pathology report?" OMG! how sick is that. I said, "if you have withheld negative test results from me I will absolutely sue you for malpractice." She refused to answer one way or the other and kept pressuring me. I gave in just to shut her up, then canceled the nexxt day. I would go near them after that. 4. They kept calling me to press for an appt! I had to write a letter to make them stop! These are some horrible people. 5. This week a bill collector called to tell me I owe $600, and they had sent three letters. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. This place is a complete trainwreck, and anyone who would try to manipulate someone to give them money for an appt using fear is a very sick person. At some point I will go to another practice and if I find they hid negative test results from me for months I will be contacting my lawyer.

My condition was getting worse. Other endocrinologists were unable to help and all of their effort was to constantly change my medications without any explanation and no results. I always felt rushed during my doctor visits with them especially after having had to wait in the waiting room for long periods, which was very inconvenient and useless.  Dr. Tashko is one of the very few doctors I know who is extremely passionate about his profession. He takes time to make sure all my questions are answered. He works with me to address my health concerns and makes sure I understand my course of treatment and action. He makes sure we are on the same page and understanding. He takes his time to explain the prescriptions and their side-effects, how they work, and the science behind them. He discusses several options, the outcome of each, and which best works with my lifestyle for the best result. I have NEVER seen a doctor who cared so much. He always prints out handouts for me to take home and he directs me to related articles and resources to educate me on my health condition. Hands down, Dr. Tashko is one of the best doctors and I'm so blessed to have met him and have him as my endocrinologist. After having two babies back to back in 2018 and 2019 I had gained a lot of weight and my A1C went up to 7.0. Thanks to Dr. Tashko I lost 36 lbs and dropped my A1C down to 5.0. This is the best I've ever felt about my health and physical appearance. I would also like to add that his staff is very friendly, respectful, and responsive. I always get a respond within an hour (on business hours) no matter if my inquiry is administrative or medical related. I highly recommend him!

I was introduced to Dr. Possner by a good friend. There are not enough words to describe how…read morethankful I am for this introduction. From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.
