I requested a quote and was satisfied with the cost based on materials and labor. As covid was still an issue, scheduling took some time but was worth the wait. When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished. In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. To date (6 months later) everything is working and I am satisfied the company and crew understood what to do from start to finish.

I knew it was overdue for routine servicing so I arranged for them to come the following week. They did a better job of servicing than anyone I have ever used before. They put an additive in the oil tank to get rid of impurities; they scraped out the exhaust pipe, they noticed some moisture in a copper pipe leading to the air circulator and removed the insulation and explained that the insulation on that short run of pipe was corroding the pipe and should be left off. They caulked the nuts holding the exhaust flue. NO OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE DONE ANY OF THOSE THINGS!
