This management company is not to be trusted and puts its tenants at risk!!!! My daughter rented a…read morehome with 2 other girls managed by Wasatch Front Property Management. Another tenant's dog (a husky) bite her puncturing the skin In two places. My daughter sent pictures of the puncture wounds and complained to the owner of the management company (Tiffany Wright) and she has done NOTHING!! We are filing a police report. Both roommates of the dog owner have had to move out of the home because they feel unsafe. I have asked Tiffany for copies of their rental criteria repeatedly so that we can try to recoup some of the remaining 9 months rent that is owned, but she will not respond to my requests. Frankly, I also feel VERY uncomfortable renting the room to anyone knowing that Wasatch Front Property Management is protective a very viscous dog which would likely bite the new tenants. Front Range Property Management decisions about the dog and lack of response on their rental criteria make the rooms unrentable and now both my daughter and the other young lady that were forced to move out are stuck paying double rent for 3/4's of a 12 month lease. Tiffany Wright and Wasatch Front Property Management should be ashamed of themselves. To put tenants in a known unsafe environment is unconscionable and they should be held liable. The keep saying the lease allows what they are doing but that is not accurate. There is what is called a constructive eviction to fix the problem instantly. This company and Tiffany need to DO THEIR JOB and protect their tenants!!!

We stayed in a house managed by Wasatch Front for six months. Overall, things were pretty cool…read more They responded to service requests quickly, handled the payments conveniently, and Tiffany was attentive to our various and sometimes oddball needs. The only problem I saw was that this property was not move in ready, specifically in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Should I go into the cleanliness issue in detail? No. The bottom line was I spent 8 hours or so doing my own cleaning, which I did get a rent reduction for. The maintenance issues were numerous, and some a little dangerous. Here's a few just to give you a flavor: *Carpet pulling off the basement stairs - Long nails sticking through towards back of stairs *Shower curtain rod support breaks off at first curtain hanging *House not Internet ready, as described *Crumbling hole in closet wall *Windows blinds fall off the wall at first use The reason I'm happy with them overall is that their only gap is in physically prepping the rental before move-in day. This could be avoided with just a really good look at the property a week before move-in; they will stand accountable for getting things taken care of.

This was by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with, and I've rented from…read moreseveral places over the years. Like many reviews I wish there was a ZERO STAR! This would be way too long to put in all of my negative experiences but here are a few! The unit was dirty and had multiple issues when I moved in, none of which were ever addressed despite repeated requests. They rarely answered the phone, and even sent out an email stating their office would remain locked at all times and could only be visited by appointment--yet they wouldn't answer calls to actually schedule those appointments. Later, they even admitted the office was locked because too many angry customers were showing up unannounced, which just proves how unhappy all of their tenants were. When the garage door spring broke, it took them several months to fix it. Having an electric car, I needed access to my garage to charge, but they showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Their auto-draft system was also a mess--if their system failed to process a payment, they would still charge tenants late fees instead of fixing their own technical problems. Pest control was supposed to be included, but when I reported bugs around the stove and dishwasher, I was told it was my responsibility. Their customer service was horrendous. Despite providing extensive move-in photos documenting existing issues, they withheld nearly my entire security deposit, returning only $40 for damages that were there before I moved in. I would never recommend this company to homeowners or tenants. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and exploitative. The Better Business Bureau should shut them down, and I can only hope more reviews like this warn others to stay far away.

Without her patience & upbeat demeanor, I may have talked myself out of leasing my current condo. I was really hesitant at first, reading through the extremely detailed lease. I felt protective of my rights as a renter, and Ryland was there for me every step of the way, answering all of my questions. My move was seamless & a great experience because of her. Ryan Tender, the maintenance EXPERT, is also amazing to work with!! He has been a dream come true for someone like me, as I don't have time to deal with anything that breaks :) As soon as I put in a maintenance request, he responds right away. He updates me on the status of my request and makes sure that the problem is taken care of immediately. I couldn't be more appreciative! I have had an incredible experience with Keyrenter & I highly recommend renting from them!!

So here's the thing with landlords some of them are great and some are just dishonest. During my…read moretenancy of two years on many occasions, they were great about fixing things in the property. However, when it came to trees that were absolutely dead they refuse to remove them even though they caused a serious safety issue, but I think ultimately the reason why I feel like they are dishonest is that 77 days after I moved out, they attempting to charge me for blinds that were yellowing and over 20 years old. This is called normal wear and tear. Furthermore it is just dishonest for any landlord to attempt to charge someone against the deposit after 30 days. They are at 77 days after. They tried to commit fraud against insurance also which in itself says it all!
