Our insurance agent asked Weatherproof Exteriors to inspect our roof for suspected hail damage…read more Bill Long was polite and professional. He inspected the roof, showed me pictures, interpreted all he found, and walked me through the insurance claim process. He found more damage than the first inspector from another roofing company. Once a claim was filed Bill brought out samples of tiles, and explained how they would upgrade our roof to code. They were here within a week and completed 40 square in one day. We even had a visit by the big boss to see how it was going. After the job, the yard was left clean and free of nails. Bill came back out and inspected the area as a last action. We were extremely pleased with the whole process and service provided by this company. I would highly recommend them!

Phase Two Update: Our dream home in Winsome is complete! Everything from the design phase turned…read moreout beautifully, and we were able to pivot and change a few things along the way as we changed our mind or realized we wanted something new or different than originally planned (within reason and budget, of course). Phase two added Carolyn and Ezra to our team to manage the project and keep us updated. Both are extremely kind, professional, and great communicators with strong followthrough. Getting weekly updates on home progress and next steps was fun. The team accommodated our questions and walk throughs along the way to allow us to be a part of the process and make sure we were satisfied with every milestone (framing, drywall, etc.). There were very few problems or delays(weather) during the build process, and the team handled every challenge well, prioritizing our satisfaction. For other first time custom home builders, we'll say the last month or two was the only stressful part of the process because that's when everything is installed and you discover potential issues and/or errors in selections, but Elk Ridge made sure to resolve everything. We're now in the home and in that last phase of inevitable final fixes and touch ups. Thankfully, the list is short and the items are simple to address. Ultimately, Phil, Jason, and team not only delivered a dream home that exceeded all expectations, but they thought of every detail and creature comfort that we didn't even consider. Phil's vision and design talent is one of a kind, and we can't recommend the Elk Ridge team enough.

We spent a…read morelot of time meeting with around 10 custom and semi-custom builders, and we're so glad we found Elk Ridge Custom Homes. We just completed Phase 1 of designing our custom home, which included designing the house, getting all of the plans through engineering, picking out our finishes, and finalizing the budget. Designing every detail about our dream home with Phil was so much fun. He has an incredible eye for design, beauty, and functionality. He listens to you and remembers your priorities, your wish list, and your style and creates an incredible and unique design from it. He really has a talent for design and thinks of everything. Phil and Jason have years of experience in all of the home building trades and the overall process, so they have been able to answer every question and smoothly guide us through our first time building a custom home. Josiah has a great eye for interior design and makes the finish selection process easy by working with you to understand your style and taste and then researching and bringing you a down-selected list of choices to save you time. When building a custom home with limitless options, without Josiah, you could spend months just trying to pick your light fixtures. The Elk Ridge team used their vast experience, attention to detail, and general good taste to help refine our build to fit our budget without sacrificing any of our priorities. We truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism and can't say enough about how great it's been working with them. We're so excited to start Phase 2 this week and see our vision come to life. Can't wait to see this house!

I have spent the last several months reminding myself that I needed to leave a review for the All…read moreCare team. We decided to update our backyard by getting rid of several bushes and eliminate an area where our dogs would track in dirt from the mud. After an initial consultation and several bids, we opted for Eric And Bree. The reviews on several sites were all positive and after being left in bad situations with other vendors we proceeded cautiously. Bree and Eric were fantastic to deal with and Eric's team was courteous and professional. The team actually functioned as a high performing team. They rarely took breaks and they cleaned up the area throughout the process. We started initially with a small problem in terms of the area that I wanted turf. But it was never and issue, Eric went and purchased the additional turf and Bree quickly updated the quote which was still well under the other two bidders. The pictures say it all here and the transformation has been incredible. Everyone that comes over cannot believe how amazing the turf is. The attention to detail and making sure the turf was tailored around each rock and tree was great to watch. The team takes great pride in their work and Eric's leadership made the project a no worry event. The turf is easy to clean, my blower is my main tool getting the leaves and pine needles off. We have already had our first snow and no issues. Cannot wait to work with Eric and Bree next Spring on hopefully adding a putting green with a sand trap! For the investment, I could not be happier with the end result and think it will be a huge value when we decide to sell our home. My other concern was the slope of the yard area and Eric nailed it just gorgeous. See the pics and don't hesitate with All Care!
