He broke a piece off of a computer, denied it and has had the computer, again, for over two weeks saying that he was going to repair it. It was supposed to be ready last Friday, then this past Monday. I went in to get it this morning, he saw me shook his head and kind of laughed and said, in a very hateful tone, "I TOLD you that I would CALL you when it was ready". Seriously? I said that he wants his computer back now.
