An email telling me that they didn't have masks and if we didn't wear our own, we would be turned away. A few days later, email from Dr. Patrick McEneaney arrived, apologizing and reversing the very terse warning we had received. Clincher? Called to reschedule the followup exam and was told the original followup date somehow wasn't entered into their books. Denoument: Done. Not going back. Even great doctors, mismanaged, are bad.

His caring and attentiveness was obvious from the very start. With an aggressive schedule of therapy (which he thoroughly explained) and use of custom orthotics (which he masterfully crafted) I am virtually pain-free today. I only wish I had found him before suffering for seven years with excruciating foot pain and unbelievable expense trying every suggestion in the books. She didn't even go over the results of the x-ray that was performed 5 minutes prior to seeing her. She disregarded everything I said. She did not explain what my diagnosis could be or anything. She simply left the room after examining my foot for 2 minutes with no notice and didn't return. Her assistant tried to answer our questions to the best of her ability but Dr. Lisa Levick should have been the one to answering my questions.
