Terrible customer service I called to rent tables, chairs and a jumper for $60 as advertised on the website of course she wouldn't do it because it's "not available anymore" then it says. Thing about delivery fee I've never had a rental company charge me delivery for a jumper she wanted $70 for the package plus $10 delivery within riverside. Horrible horrible experience...I ordered from them based on the online website and yelp . I ordered chairs bouncers and tables and then I decided to add more to our package a month ahead from my event which is due June 29 2019 . I kept calling to let them know my invoice was wrong and it needs fixtures and I called many times and my calls were ignored . I called and spoke to Henry and asked him why were they charging me 400.00 if I only ordered 50 chairs 75 cent each is 41.00 and 8 tables were 5.00 that made it 40.00 bouncer was 65.00 and 20x20 is 100.00 plus the two side panels and one end panel .. he added two end which are 10$ each that's not what I needed and 1 one side panels in my invoice such is $5.00 . That's not what I ordered My bill was over the budget . He told me they're charging $160 for setup for some bricks for the tents so it won't fly .really I never had to deal with that in any other party rental company . Sub total was 271.25 plus the travel fee and surface fee 162.50 that's a total of 433.75 . My husband called and a young girl answered my husband questioned her if they charged for anything extra on the tents if it's on cement she said no so this means that Henry has us paying extra and ripping us off . My husband was furious because he said they should explain and ask before just charging people when it's a month away so my husband called cancelling and My husband explained to Henry there is no way he will pay that large amount when those are not the prices listed on the website . Henry said he won't get his money back because he paid for it already and my husband said I don't make business with people who try to screw me over that's just not right . We told them to send us a receipt to cancel and they still have not done that . My husband was more upset cause we didn't get no refund no invoice and my just decided to look for other party rental for my baby shower . You will loose money here so don't order until you make sure how much they will charge for extra fees . read more

BEWARE This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. I dealt with someone name Dianne the majority of the time. She gave us the run around during the booking process which was blamed on the company moving and the rental items being in storage. However, i was still patient with the process. I was directed back to the website several times to find items that were needed. Because of this, I assumed that the website was up to date, especially as far as business hours would go. I was told that i would receive paperwork to sign and return via email w/ credit card info for deposit by end of the next business day. I never received the paperwork and had to relentlessly contact the company to get contract sent to me. They finally sent over the paperwork 2 days later. Once we got everything squared away we emailed the info for the deposit before the end of the following business day. I never heard anything back from them after the email was sent which was a little alarming but I didn't start worrying until they would never answer the phone during the websites stated business hours. I called, left messages and even texted Dianne in hopes of getting some type of confirmation (especially since they had all of my personal credit card Info). Long story short Dianne finally calls us back 2 days before the event (with a very bad attitude) to tell me that we sent in the contract 2 hours too late because the business hours on the website are not updated. She told me very rudely that i should contact Henry (who I assume is the owner) if I had a problem with the policy. We had to scramble to find a new rental company with only 48 hours until our event. It was a blessing in disguise because we found an amazing company with excellent customer service who delivered better quality items for an equivalent price. The new company was appalled when I told them what happened and Henry if you read this, you should be too! Shame on your company for employing such rude Individuals as Dianne. It would have only taken a minute to call, text or email saying that you guys couldn't complete the job so that we could move on to make alternate plans! read more

I have rented bouncers from them 3 times now. They are clean and in good shape. However my most recent experience with them was not ideal. They quoted me a price for two dates that was a discounted rate for booking 2 dates. This was all in writing. Upon delivering for the first date they wanted the full cost, I inquired why not just the cost for that day and he replied he miss understood and took just that days payment. When he returned to pick up the bouncer he advised me that they didn't understand it was two separate dates and they couldn't do the discount price. And they would not even honor the price listed on their website. Because they had to drive 25 minutes to deliver it loosing money for them. If you can't make money on what you post as your base rate then you should change your base rate not pull a bait and switch. It's dishonest and it feels like you drove up to my house and decided you could get more money out of me. This was not the first time he quoted me something different than their site, the last time I rented he did the same over the phone. I thought I would give it another try because I felt like it could have been a fluke. I unfortunately won't do business with them anymore because of both of these experiences. Update to owner response: I don't have a problem with not being able to do the discounted rate. The problem lies in the fact that you won't even honor the rate listed on your website, had you honored your posted $60 rate we wouldn't be having this post/discussion. The distance from your published location is no more than 25 minutes to my location. You never quoted a distance charge before, nor is it listed on your site. It's not reasonable to expect that delivery within that short of a distance requires an additional $15 beyond what your stated charge is online. That's far more than your cost of gas. It looks like you drove up and decided that because of where I live you're going to charge more. It's a poor way of doing business. If your website was inaccurate that's on you, especially when you agreed to that via phone and text message. I wasn't asking you to honor the discount rate a second time, I asked for the stated rate on your website and that's not unreasonable. read more

EPR was referred to us by a friend and we will definitely be using them for future parties. We rented their dolphin waterslide for a 5th birthday party. This slide was pure entertainment for those 3 and up, including some adults. They delivered earlier than expected which was an extra bonus because our kids had it to themselves the day before. The pickup time was later than expected and they were flexible with my schedule. Everything was clean and those that picked up/dropped off were so friendly! I rented 6 large round tables and 50 chairs from here on Monday October 31st for a party we had yesterday November 5th, I received a text from one of the staffers asking if they could deliver the tables and chairs a day early which didn't work for me so they delivered them at 8am yesterday morning. They also text me asking if they could pick everything up last night which i would have been fine with just didn't get the text till too late in the night. They just picked everything up in a timely manner and very friendly and professional. I believe it was the own and his son that came to pick everything up. I booked the tables and chairs I rented back in May for my event at the end of June. I was expecting them around 10 am. When I didn't receive a call by 10:30 am, I called them. The owners son who made my reservation had gone to the Navy and hadn't notified his father of the reservation. I rented from Escamilla's Party Rental for my baby shower this past weekend. It was all super last minute, but they still had a canopy I could rent with 3 walls and all the tables and chairs I needed. There was a little hiccup when I called to confirm the delivery because they couldn't find my reservation since they put it under my husband's name, but they managed to find the mistake and texted me within an hour of me calling them and confirmed delivery for Friday (the day before the party). Two guys got here on Friday, as confirmed, and quickly set up the canopy and even gave me 5 extra chairs just in case I needed them. Talk about excellent service! The canopy along with the tables and chairs were all super clean. I was also $5 short because they didn't have change on them, but just told me that they would pick up the money from me when they came to pick everything up. They came Sunday to pick up everything and were out within 1/2 hour. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future! read more

I reserved a jumper, two tables, and ten chairs to be used from noon-4 pm about a month before my party was scheduled. They confirmed it by a simple text. I texted them the day before to confirm, and they texted back that it was scheduled. On the day of the party, much to my surprise, they showed up at 8:30 am, way before I expected them. I told them I thought they were coming at noon. They said they would come back then. By 12:10, they had not returned, which left me feeling frustrated and stressed because my guests were arriving at 1 pm. I called them and was told that they were setting up another party in my area and would be there soon. They came around 12:25 with 6 tables. I explained that we only needed 2 tables, so they took 4 back. They started setting up the jumper, but needed an extension cord. I had not known that and had to quickly find one long enough for them to use. I wish I had known sooner that I needed to provide a cord. In the end it all worked out and the kids had a blast, but the set-up was definitely stressful for me. read more
