This was a complicated and labor intensive process that they completed and match beautifully. They then came back at the end of the remodel to sand and refinish the entire flooring area. We ended up with a cohesive and beautifully finished floor that really brought the space together. Jon and crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable during the entire process. Timely and dependable. They took care and pride in their workmanship and made sure that everything was covered and safe from damage during the sanding process. On the day of service, the staff arrived and were very professional. They were polite and tried to time the noisy parts of the day with times when my baby was not napping. The gentleman who worked on our shower stall informed us that there was a problem with water seeping back up after it was dried, and that it was beyond his scope of knowledge. I appreciated this fact because if he hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known, and we discovered that we had to get our shower floor replaced due to the water problem. Some technicians only do what they are paid to do and do not put forth any additional effort. SRS is not just 'some technician'. I was pleased by their timeliness, attitude, helpfulness and suggestions. I highly recommend them, without reservation!
