I knew that it was never the final price when you get there. I was hoping they'll be nice enough to tell me more... if they want my business, right? Then I called 1 Chance Auto Accessories, in Aiken, which is farther away from me. I asked the gentleman on the other end, Michael, the same questions expecting the same type of response and to my surprise, he invited me to visit the store so he can explain and see my options. When I got there, he helped me right away. Even though it got busier, his focus was on me. Not an ounce of a "car-salesman mentality". I never felt pressured to buy anything and I was not rushed.
