I'd never seen a naturopath before seeing Dr. Montgomery and was uncertain about paying out of pocket for an initial visit, but I wanted to try a different approach to chronic anxiety and gastrointestinal issues, and for support for a healthy pregnancy. With her support and suggestions, I've been successful in my third attempt to taper off anti-anxiety meds. From my first visit, it was clear that it was a good investment. Dr. Montgomery had spent a lot of time reviewing past labs and my intake forms, and was a wonderful listener. She walked me through her thinking about how to get more info about what was going on with my body and how to support my health. All her ideas were holistic, pragmatic (considering cost, feasibility, etc.), and systematic (maybe try this first, then this...), and she didn't make any assumptions or take anything for granted. I love that she has a background in both naturopathic medicine and Chinese medicine and integrates those approaches. I've been seeing Jules weekly throughout my pregnancy and anxiety med taper journey, and I feel confident that our sessions have been crucial in helping me maintain a stable mood, physical comfort, and overall good health during this important time in my life. I've seen at least 5 different acupuncturists in the cities, and probably a dozen or so in my life, and Jules is my favorite in the cities and top two of all time. Not only is he super skilled at his healing craft and generous (affordable community acupuncture is such a gift!) but also warm and caring and particularly knowledgeable about pregnancy. I always look forward to my sessions and feel wonderful afterwards. Also a shout-out to the front desk staff who are wonderful and warm :)

Dr Barrett took great interest in listening to me and bringing warmth, compassion and her expertise into the time with me. I left feeling like I had a plan and someone to walk with me in this process -not just covering up what was happening, but looking at what deficiencies are there and seeing what is really happening and needed in my body. Also, Dr. Barrett is very knowledgable about natural supplements and what works well with the body systems. Would recommend her to anyone interested in a more natural and deeper approach to health concerns.

When I visited this clinic for my annual check up I felt like the cleanliness of the facility, the modern design, patient -doctor and medical staff treatment, and ease of maneuvering through the different clinics were phenomenal. It was a combination of going to the airport without the hassle and the customer savvy style of the Apple Store. I literally had my mind blown because I was very impressed that staff were required to wear uniforms like airline staff. I was assisted at check-in by the staff who took my picture with the Microsoft surface and then gave me a badge to wear while I waited to be seen. As I waited - which was not long at all, I noticed that they had a complimentary refreshments station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. At every turn I was impressed. Then when I went to get labs done I received a buzzer, similar to what you get at red lobster or Applebee's when you wait get notified that your table is ready. I was in and out of this place in no time. Loved the efficiency and hope they maintain this high level of service. P.s. They also have a cafe!

They also have shuttle service to nearby apartments. Beautiful artwork displayed by prior patients. All around it is just a great place to be if you need to have something like this done!

There are some older reviews here referencing the very dated, now-retired clinic. This one is nicer! It is large and there is plenty of free underground parking. I've been in for urgent care needs twice in this new building, and both times I eventually saw very smart, compassionate, and genuinely curious doctors. One of those times I was seen very quickly, the other time I had to wait about 25 minutes. Obviously that is an unpredictable variable, but I am certain that they are doing their best. This is the nearest urgent care clinic to my house and it's comforting to know I can trust them when I need their services.

I was called the next day to tell me I did have pneumonia (after being told the day prior by the Dr. that I did not. As of today, there is still no record of my chest xray and pneumonia diagnosis or the prescription for the 2 antibiotics. Just can't believe how unprofessional this facility is.

The registration process was fairly seamless, and the doctors were kind and focused on my children's experience. When we took my youngest child, it was a little bumpy, or than when we took my oldest last night. However, in both instances, the doctors were beyond excellent. The nurses were kind and responsive as well, but the bedside manner of the doctors was what stood out this trip. One concern I do want to notice is that there seems to be a glitch in their medication ordering system, which did not permit the nurse to get the medication needed within a timely manner. Apparently, this has been going on for days and the health staff have brought this forward for internal review multiple times. I hope this gets fixed as it does.
