verall I would say that they were good but not great. They did my engagements, bridals, and the wedding. I had 2 photographers. We had our Engagements taken inMarch by someone else who my fiancé wasn't a huge fan of. The camera she brought was not working and we had to walk back to her car for her to get the other one. The pictures she took came out nice and overall I was pleased. Then for my bridals in August I was told I was getting another photographer. That upset me a little because I wanted the same person for all three though my DJ let me know that Arielle was their best photographer and that put me at ease. The pictures she took were very pretty and again overall I was happy. When it came to the wedding they arrived on time and were very professional and nice. Arielle was the lead photographer and the pictures taken ran really smoothly. I had written a lengthy and very specific shot list of the pictures I wanted, which is what you are suppose to do. And I thought those pictures were being taken. I spent a lot of time decorating and putting together details of the wedding both ceremony and reception. When I got the pictures back there were barely any detail shots of that stuff. I got know shots of my front table, none of the gift and card table, none of the fireplace, none of the cocktail room, none of the Anniversary bottles, which I put a lot of time into, none of the unity candle table, and only a couple close up of the cakes, no overall. I was very disappointed in this. I couldn't believe that a wedding photographer wouldn't take pictures of those!!! Shouldn't any? Also I went through my shot list and they missed about 20 shots that I had asked them to take. None of my bridal party standing with us at the ceremony, or my parents watching the ceremony, or just overall shots of everything set up. For the time and effort I spent on the shot list and I know they had it in hand is really unnerving. Also I wish she had taken more candid shots of the girls and I. Got quite of few of the guys but none of the girls. And I wish when it came to Andrew and I's pictures that she would have done more that were not on the shot list. Like ideas that I hadn't even thought of would have been really nice and more interesting and fun pictures with the bridal party. The pictures I did get were really beautiful and I did get them in just over 2 weeks which was nice! Though I am enhancing them on my own in Photoshop and making the colors richer. I even contacted when I got the final pictures to let them know what they were missing and they said they would look for more. Stefanie the front person who worked there said she had found more and Arielle was going to edit them and send them out and when I got the extra pictures it was barely anything I had asked for! Still not detail shots!! And to even get this I had to stay on top of them and keep emailing them and calling them for them to actually do it. Even though every time I called and talked to them they promised they were doing this and they would get it sent right out. Almost a month later I finally got them! But they did provide me with 4 copies that I had asked for so that was nice. In the end I wish I had picked a photographer that I could have talked to with directly to let them know exactly what I wanted to know I was getting it. Here you talk to a front person who then relays the information to the photographer. What I have is beautiful but I felt I should have gotten so much more. Granted I did get like 1,350 pictures but I don't need 4 of Andrew and a single groomsman. Hope this helps when deciding on a photographer. Just make sure to be really exact on what you want and expect. read more
