Just seeing the quality of her work with babies of all hues I knew I wanted to schedule an appointment for my little guy. At that time I was 23 weeks pregnant, I reached out to her and after speaking, she provided me a very detailed follow up via email giving me some time to decide which package to select. If you're considering a swaddle session it's important to reach out to April before the birth of your baby, that way she can have you scheduled for that month (don't worry about if your little one arrives early/later than expected, my little guy arrived 3 weeks early and April quickly reworked her schedule to accommodate us.) During our sessions with April she is always gentle, and welcoming; her studio is extremely inviting and calming the smell of peppermint (which is my little guys favorite nighttime aromatherapy scent) fills the air. Of course my love let April take as pictures of him when he was 6 days old, but I was stunned that he at almost 5 months instantly took to her!!! If I could rate her higher than 5 stars I would, because April is truly a great person and photographer (once you meet her you'll see too.)
