The salad was missing and no beverages were set up. When they came I had to serve them myself. Very unorganized! The ice cream cake was never taken out ahead of time and therefore they had to cut it dipping a knife into a hot pitcher of water. The water was left out on the food table which one of my guests drank because they thought it was pink lemonade. My husband had to serve the slices. I was very disappointed with the organization and the service. On top of this we were charged a 20% booking service fee on top of the booking which is very confusing. And of course we tipped the young girl that was working our party. Again paid by putting credits on your card using a machine that takes cash debit and credit cards to exchange for points on the plastic card give by the Person at the front after your check in and sign a waiver for your child to protect their asses from any injuries your child may receive while playing there. Was it worth it? Yeah. Would I go back again, probably not. It's good way to kill some time with your kids. But other than that I wouldn't repeat it. My son did get some good exercise in. Came here with a group for go karting. We pre-booked our time slot with RPM which I highly…read morerecommend... theres minimal wait once you arrive, and they basically schedule your races with very short breaks in between, so you can be in and out fairly quickly. We did 4 races, which does get a little exhausting at the end. Its a fun track, with elevation changes and lots of turns. Carts are in good condition, and actually the pedals can be extended quite far so great for tall drivers (I often have trouble getting comfortable in karts). Apparently you can adjust the wheel as well. We managed to qualify for the top speeds to be unlocked, which were fairly fast, but could be faster (didn't really have to brake anywhere). Only complaint is the staff seem a little disorganized. We were not told about the lockers initially so had to leave our valuables in the helmet area. And we were not really provided much detail about how the 4 race is structured when we arrived. That said, this may be my favorite option for electric karting in the tri state area.
