Luckily we were able to claw some stuffies, some key chains and win some prizes! We got a total of 1,138 tickets which we will save for next time. Round 1 will always have a special place in my heart. Our family loves creating so many memories there. I will definitely recommend Round 1 to family & friends. Two thumbs up from me!

Inside, there's a variety of activities including arcade games, bowling, pool, and karaoke. What stood out to me most was the addition of karaoke, it's not something you typically see at places that also offer games, so it made the experience feel more unique. Our host reserved a karaoke room and a private VIP bowling lane. We had a great time bowling, and the karaoke was a lot of fun (I personally love karaoke, so that was a highlight for me). This is a kid-friendly venue, and because of that, we were told they don't serve hard liquor. However, they do offer alcoholic options like wine, beer, and ready-to-drink beverages such as Limeritas and BeatBox. Overall, I had a really nice time. There's plenty to do here, and it's a great spot for group events.

The lanes and equipment were in pretty good shape. I would consider coming back to Ultra Lanes. My friend who organized had a hard time initially with organizing the event, with the manager telling her one thing and the new manager telling her another thing. In the end, it got worked out.

Very disappointing!! I booked a party here for my sons 5th birthday and was very upset with the…read moreservice and food. Besides contacting them after the party and getting no response from the event coordinator Andrea, there were many issues with the party. We never received the large salad that was ordered from their catering menu and was never reimbursed. We were yelled at by Brenda very rudely for the lane being jammed up by one of the kids, which at a kids party is almost expected. I was embarrassed in front of guests. It would be better to pull your guest aside if that is the case and talk calmly. I felt this ruined the overall mood! There was vomit on the floor in the bathroom, which guests complained about and this was not cleaned up for the duration of the party. I spoke with Brenda on the phone ahead of the party and told her I ordered decorations and balloons with a theme. I was told I am not allowed to hang the items, that the room would be decorated beautifully and balloons would be provided which there were none when we got into the room. When we went up to the room the food (pizza, appetizer party platters, large French fry basket we ordered) was already sitting out for a while and got cold. The salad was missing and no beverages were set up. When they came I had to serve them myself. Very unorganized! The ice cream cake was never taken out ahead of time and therefore they had to cut it dipping a knife into a hot pitcher of water. The water was left out on the food table which one of my guests drank because they thought it was pink lemonade. My husband had to serve the slices. I was very disappointed with the organization and the service. On top of this we were charged a 20% booking service fee on top of the booking which is very confusing. And of course we tipped the young girl that was working our party. I have been reflecting on this whole experience and I had to write and let people know that I do not recommend this place for birthday parties.

One area is solely for Bouncing, throwing balls, climbing and another separate area on the other side of the building for jumping and playing in ball pits. They also provide laser tag games. There is a huge arcade and what I enjoyed, a mini bowling alley with 2 lanes. Everything after you pay to walk in, must be payed for using a card they provide. So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary. W walks enjoyed the bowling alley. Again paid by putting credits on your card using a machine that takes cash debit and credit cards to exchange for points on the plastic card give by the Person at the front after your check in and sign a waiver for your child to protect their asses from any injuries your child may receive while playing there. Was it worth it? Yeah. Would I go back again, probably not. It's good way to kill some time with your kids. But other than that I wouldn't repeat it. My son did get some good exercise in. He's currently 9 years old. Happy jumping !

The play…read morearea is perfect for kids of all ages and the laser tag arena is a hit with the older kids. I ended up getting the annual play pass for my kids and it's definitely worth it considering how frequently we visit. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained. I also appreciate the emphasis on safety. there are cameras everywhere, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. I can relax and let my kids have fun, knowing they're in a secure environment. My only complaint is the arcade games, they're way overpriced! The prizes are not worth the amount of tickets they cost, which was a bit disappointing. It's a great place to take the kids for a fun day out, just be prepared for the pricey arcade games! But with its safe and secure environment, it's definitely a place I recommend for families.
