    Snake Alley

The oasis canteen is right next to Epic Eats. It's a fully stocked open bar. My husband gets a double Old Fashioned and they are not light handed with the liquor pours. I love the Snake Alley. Service is always great. They can make you just about anything. Perfect spot to grab a drink and enjoy Indiana Jones.

Highly recommend the funnel cakes. They are GIGANTIC so be ready to share. Nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy inside and the perfect amount of soft serve. Get both flavors to share!

Heard that Hollywood Studios had a delicious funnel cake, so I was on a mission to find it. Epic Eats is the place to go! Don't waste your money or calories on any other dessert item - get the funnel cake and get a scoop of ice cream on it - you are on vacation and can afford it! I used my handy dandy Walt Disney World app to find Epic Eats in the park. Turns out it is by Echo Lake and right next to the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. We got here with just 20 minutes left until the park closed. Thankfully, they were still serving food. There were a few other options other than funnel cake such as floats, ice cream, and some alcoholic beverages. Two options of funnel cake - cookies n' cream or strawberry topping. Went with the cookies n' cream and this was a good choice! So cute how the ice cream was made to look like Mickey ears. Ooey gooey full of chocolate syrup, cold ice cream, and warm crunchy funnel cake. Honestly, the best funnel cake I have ever had! Put it all together and it was the perfect way to end our evening at the park. Definitely share this with another person because the portion is big! I would say three adults could even share this comfortably. Great portion and value for the price - which is hard for me to say since Disney is known to being pricey.

Funnel Cake with Cookies 'n Cream and Soft-serve Vanilla Ice Cream

Had the cookies n cream funnel cake. Perfect in the heat. Ice cream chocolate fudge and funnel is a perfect combo. The funnel cake was the right amount of crispy that it was easy to separate but still chewy inside. Short line at the time. Quick service.

Looking for funnel cake or a soft serve twist or possibly a root beer float made with Stoli Vanil Vodka or possibly you're a sicko and want all three at the same time? If so, Oasis Canteen is your spot. This is a small kiosk located next to the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular. No real food is served here. Everything is expensive pure crap but for some, especially people who love funnel cake, that is irrelevant. While the building has two order points, I usually only come during off times of the year and I've never seen both sides used to take orders. For me it's usually order/pay on the left side and things get presented on the right side. Drinks & Ice Cream I believe are all good for DDP snack purchases but obviously none of the booze qualifies, duh. The time to go is during an Indy show when you've got 2K of the park's visitors watching the show because when things lets out it's just people everywhere and this place can pick up a very, very long line in a hurry and orders here are filled on the slow side. Note that to speed up the ordering process, you can place an order here in advance via the My Disney Experience App. I don't do things like that, but I've read on various Disney fan sites that it does help speed things along.

Can't forget the Funnel Cake! Aesthetically, the Cookies and Cream is way cuter because they can make the Mickey ears with the Oreo's but the Strawberry with Vanilla Ice cream was delish! This is a must have for me when visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios. The wait is short and there's plenty of seating nearby. They turned an old amphitheater into a Relaxation Zone! On a hot day, it provides a place to sit and plenty of shading to stay cool.

Overall impression: That funnel cake was the best one I've ever had. Cookies and creme funnel cake was amazing. I've never had a funnel cake made quite like that one. Light enough and breaks into little pieces. Fried in all the right areas. And honestly, the price is not bad considering where it's at and what you're getting. The strawberry one looks great too. I would skip a meal and just get this. It's that good. But share it. Cuz it's too much for one person.

One of the best funnel cakes I ever had! This is real sugar meal and seals the deal! You may want to take a nap after indulging because of the sugar rush you'll get!

It doesn't get much better than a huge perfectly cooked funnel cake topped with vanilla frozen yogurt, strawberries, chocolate syrup, and powdered sugar...for ONE snack credit! Absolutely delicious and definitely enough to share!

The Oasis Canteen was a very popular snack spot when we were at Hollywood Studios last Saturday. The main draw here is the funnel cake, but there are a few other options as well like waffle cones and root beer floats. We ordered our funnel cake with strawberries and vanilla soft serve. I can't believe it took me 33 years to try this amazing treat. I loved the light crispiness of the funnel cake and combined with the sweet creaminess of the toppings it was so delicious. A perfect mid-day snack!

This has been on my must-try list every time we've visited Disney Springs, but the line is usually…read more30-45 minutes long. I've always wondered if these cookies could really be that good. After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would come back just for this cookie. Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip - 8/10 A delicious combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, and gooey. I can definitely see why it's one of their most popular flavors, but the banana bread still stole the show for me. Cookies & Cream - 5/10 It was just okay. Very rich and sweet, like a giant Oreo cookie but it didn't have the depth of flavor or uniqueness of the other two. I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookies are huge and easily shareable. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The wait is worth it, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip completely stole the show. It's the cookie I'll be thinking about long after this trip.

I was really excited to finally try Gideon's. We were pressed for time, but when we saw the wait…read morewas surprisingly short, we decided to go for it. Everyone wanted the Cookies & Cream cookie, so I ordered three of those, plus a Chocolate Chip and a Coffee Cake cookie. Since we were on a tight schedule, we grabbed our order and hurried to the car. That's when we realized we'd been given three Double Chocolate Chip cookies instead of the three Cookies & Cream cookies we ordered. The register and receipt both showed Cookies & Cream, so I know my order was taken correctly. I do wish I had checked the bag before leaving, but I assumed everything was right. The cookies themselves are good--the chocolate cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, and the Coffee Cake cookie is absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend that one. That said, these cookies aren't inexpensive, so it's really disappointing to pay that much and not receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, that experience is why I'm giving only one star.

While it was flaky and semi-warm, the chocolate was a bit overpowering and didn't balance well with the pastry itself. (my opinion only) Don't get me wrong it was good. Just not the amazing, life-changing pastry TikTok made it out to be. In my opinion, it's a little overrated. It's definitely fun for the novelty and the photos. My toddler loved it (it was literally the size of her head), so that alone made the stop worth it. I would have to say it is good, but not great. I wasn't offered any milk or sugar and luckily I saw some sugar at the outside table but, didn't have any creamer options. There was no coffee station. I got a chocolate croissant to-go, and having been to France, it was on point. Here's the issue, and I hope the owners fix this. At 10:45am it was busy. This place is small!!!! Very French right? lol. I was patient. I waited in a long line and finally ordered with a smile. I got the croissant and cappuccino "for here" and the croissant "to go." I saw there were no open tables except for the 2 outside and today in FL, we are just coming off the freeze and it's 40 degrees out. I used the restroom and as I came back, a table was about to open. I stood at the counter and I believe the owner ( not the woman who took my order) asked me if my coffee and food was "to go." I said, " no just the croissant, my food and coffee are for here." So now by this time other people have ordered and he is just now prepping my cappuccino "for here." Now, this isn't his fault but, because of the lack of space, it creates a hostile environment. I turn around and see the long order line and a couple that stood up to leave. So I walk over to take the "now open" table and I kid you not, a woman jumped in front of me, hands out and says, " can i take this table?" She hadn't even ordered yet and had she not been so rude, I guarantee I would have been done eating by the time she even got food. She was in the back of the line. I just said, " sure" and spun on my heel and went back to the counter. Maybe I should have said "no, I was here first" but I don't like hostility. Everyone can hear and see this happening, as it's a small, quiet place. I guess when you're alone, people don't value you as a person. Same with flights and theaters. I get back to the counter, and I ask him if I should sit down ...or do I wait at the counter for my food...? And he looked at me and was like "well there aren't any tables", at that moment, another table opens up and another single woman snags it! Hasn't even ordered! Then he says, "well there's one outside." I decide to take my now delivered coffee and sit outside. It made my coffee cold almost instantly so, I grab a sugar packet, toss it in, and chug it back. I walk in, and I then say "excuse me, could you just make my order to go?" He says yes, and a few minutes later I get my order and leave. I had to drive 25 mins to get home but, I WILL say it was still good! Even the "to-go" box is plant based and biodegradable. My ADVICE!!!! And I hope you take it! Get rid of the tables. You can have 2 outside, that's fine, but you'd be better off with a bar setting with stools all around the perimeter and a coffee station for additional things like creamer, sugar and cinnamon. This needs to be more of a grab and go place and even some Starbucks locations have implemented this. Make it friendly for single people, not families. Bar seating inspires quick service. Thank you! Merci!

I do understand that overtime menu items change, but would argue they should change for the better and not get worse. On this visit, I was informed they no longer had it and the sweet pretzel had raisins and some chocolate drizzled on it. So, we did try it. This pretzel was a total disappointment. It was hard, almost as if it was stale and very chewy. The taste was very blah and basically not appetizing at all. We shared it and at the end felt we should have taken it back and asked for a refund. Cost was higher, for something that was kind of "bad" for Disney expectations. We did also try the school bread, which also was not great, not a soft pastry and also not fresh tasting. I don't have a comparison, as I ordered this as to try two items since I wasn't sure we would like the pretzel. The overall building was clean and there were adequate seats. Overall, it kind of felt like walking into a bakery warehouse rather than a shop.
