    Snake Alley

The oasis canteen is right next to Epic Eats. It's a fully stocked open bar. My husband gets a double Old Fashioned and they are not light handed with the liquor pours. I love the Snake Alley. Service is always great. They can make you just about anything. Perfect spot to grab a drink and enjoy Indiana Jones.

Highly recommend the funnel cakes. They are GIGANTIC so be ready to share. Nice and crunchy on the outside and chewy inside and the perfect amount of soft serve. Get both flavors to share!

Heard that Hollywood Studios had a delicious funnel cake, so I was on a mission to find it. Epic Eats is the place to go! Don't waste your money or calories on any other dessert item - get the funnel cake and get a scoop of ice cream on it - you are on vacation and can afford it! I used my handy dandy Walt Disney World app to find Epic Eats in the park. Turns out it is by Echo Lake and right next to the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular. We got here with just 20 minutes left until the park closed. Thankfully, they were still serving food. There were a few other options other than funnel cake such as floats, ice cream, and some alcoholic beverages. Two options of funnel cake - cookies n' cream or strawberry topping. Went with the cookies n' cream and this was a good choice! So cute how the ice cream was made to look like Mickey ears. Ooey gooey full of chocolate syrup, cold ice cream, and warm crunchy funnel cake. Honestly, the best funnel cake I have ever had! Put it all together and it was the perfect way to end our evening at the park. Definitely share this with another person because the portion is big! I would say three adults could even share this comfortably. Great portion and value for the price - which is hard for me to say since Disney is known to being pricey.

Funnel Cake with Cookies 'n Cream and Soft-serve Vanilla Ice Cream

Had the cookies n cream funnel cake. Perfect in the heat. Ice cream chocolate fudge and funnel is a perfect combo. The funnel cake was the right amount of crispy that it was easy to separate but still chewy inside. Short line at the time. Quick service.

Looking for funnel cake or a soft serve twist or possibly a root beer float made with Stoli Vanil Vodka or possibly you're a sicko and want all three at the same time? If so, Oasis Canteen is your spot. This is a small kiosk located next to the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular. No real food is served here. Everything is expensive pure crap but for some, especially people who love funnel cake, that is irrelevant. While the building has two order points, I usually only come during off times of the year and I've never seen both sides used to take orders. For me it's usually order/pay on the left side and things get presented on the right side. Drinks & Ice Cream I believe are all good for DDP snack purchases but obviously none of the booze qualifies, duh. The time to go is during an Indy show when you've got 2K of the park's visitors watching the show because when things lets out it's just people everywhere and this place can pick up a very, very long line in a hurry and orders here are filled on the slow side. Note that to speed up the ordering process, you can place an order here in advance via the My Disney Experience App. I don't do things like that, but I've read on various Disney fan sites that it does help speed things along.

Can't forget the Funnel Cake! Aesthetically, the Cookies and Cream is way cuter because they can make the Mickey ears with the Oreo's but the Strawberry with Vanilla Ice cream was delish! This is a must have for me when visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios. The wait is short and there's plenty of seating nearby. They turned an old amphitheater into a Relaxation Zone! On a hot day, it provides a place to sit and plenty of shading to stay cool.

Overall impression: That funnel cake was the best one I've ever had. Cookies and creme funnel cake was amazing. I've never had a funnel cake made quite like that one. Light enough and breaks into little pieces. Fried in all the right areas. And honestly, the price is not bad considering where it's at and what you're getting. The strawberry one looks great too. I would skip a meal and just get this. It's that good. But share it. Cuz it's too much for one person.

One of the best funnel cakes I ever had! This is real sugar meal and seals the deal! You may want to take a nap after indulging because of the sugar rush you'll get!

It doesn't get much better than a huge perfectly cooked funnel cake topped with vanilla frozen yogurt, strawberries, chocolate syrup, and powdered sugar...for ONE snack credit! Absolutely delicious and definitely enough to share!

The Oasis Canteen was a very popular snack spot when we were at Hollywood Studios last Saturday. The main draw here is the funnel cake, but there are a few other options as well like waffle cones and root beer floats. We ordered our funnel cake with strawberries and vanilla soft serve. I can't believe it took me 33 years to try this amazing treat. I loved the light crispiness of the funnel cake and combined with the sweet creaminess of the toppings it was so delicious. A perfect mid-day snack!

Love the interior and how unique the vibe is. Got the chocolate chip, pistachio toffee, and peanut butter crunch except they gave us another pistachio one by mistake. They tasted really decadent and not as sweet as I thought. We don't typically eat the cookies when we get them, we take them home and have them later that evening or the next day. Anyway, I opened it the next day and unfortunately, my pistachio toffee did not make it but rather a peanut butter cookie! I was so bummed out, no one is going to eat that in this house. Anyhow, I knocked two stars down because of the staff when we entered. The employees that were choosing the cookies seemed very upset and irritated, and there were no smiles out of them whatsoever. My cashier was wonderful, but just made for a strange experience since they are your first point of contact. I also noticed that the peanut butter cold brew was a little more on the sweeter side this time, so I'm not sure if the quality has dropped down or if someone just was in a rush when they made it. If this is the case, I probably won't be coming back here or maybe their focus has been going to their other restaurant six ravens. I have not been yet but will try it one day. I don't know if this was an off day, but the ambience definitely killed my vibe! Super bummed about the wrong cookie too! The receipt even had the correct ones. Oh well!

The building itself is stunning, it feels like a carousel that aspired to be a martini bar. There are gorgeous anchor decor pieces like a big gold chariot when you walk in, massive gold and crystal chandeliers, all of which are otherwise accompanied by all white and crown molded elegance. Yeah, this is a birthday / date night / girls night drink vibe for sure! Prices are what you would expect for both a martini / specialty cake place as well as being on Disney property. Cocktails ranged from $19 to $25 and beers were $12, though I think they may have all been canned if I'm not mistaken. Drinks we ordered, both 5 star: Spiced Elderflower Pear - this was so good, i would definitely order it again, it's giving a really nice fall cozy cocktail vibe because of the cinnamon and cider, with gold glitter shimmer atop the foam it's also pretty! Orange Blossom Martini - a peachy / citrusy little number topped with a cream to match and orange zest. one of the pricier martinis, understandably, but if you're a citrus fan this is definitely amazing! I ordered the bowl of gumbo same as last time, but this time instead of the "add lump crab" option offered in June, the only add-on option was to add shrimp for $12. The shrimp were cold and layered on top of the soup, and didn't add as much to the dish as the crab offered previously. The gumbo was noticeably less spicy this time, and the accompanying "toasted baguette" slices were the consistency of croutons. The appetizer/side of truffle French fries arrived as a generous yet barely warm portion. Each of the 3 desserts we ordered were great: Celebration Cake, Champagne Raspberry Cake, and the Apple Pie. Our table was impressed with the amount of thinly sliced apples stuffed into the tall slice of pie. Yes, the cake slices are still notoriously large and expensive. At $22 per large slice a single portion equals 2 slices of cake that would be priced around $12 each, so your dessert math may make this price point a value if you intend to share. Service was fun and friendly. The biggest qualm on this visit: The hostess outside in the front of the restaurant was passive-aggressive in the most chipper way of being unhelpful upon my arrival. Didn't set the stage for an amazing experience.
