My experience started off in the right direction, but could've been better on the back end. We…read morewere not present during the process as this is a home we are selling. After completion we inspected the job to find some garbage left behind. They cut out our window well cover in order to pass chunks of concrete out through the basement window and left the damage for us to fix. There were several chunks of concrete from the demo that were left behind for us to clean up along with a gallon jug of what looked like pee, clothing, and other debris from materials used. After a good rain we returned to the house again to see performance, and we come in to a basement filled with water. Turns out a coupling was not installed well enough causing a water fountain to go off inside my basement from the sump pump. I had tried to discuss my frustrations with someone from management, but was only able to speak to the sales rep and someone who coordinated having someone come fix the leak. There was not an offer to go above and beyond at all. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful that they were able to come by on a Sunday to correct the sump pump after the leak, but your not gonna make it right for the ceiling tiles your system destroyed? Or clean up the mess it caused?

I called and asked for the information and Bobby hung up on me. Do not trust this guy with your property. EDIT: There is a response from owner that from a year a claiming he had no idea there was a problem until my review. that is a LIE. I told him about it and he ignored me so I made my review. Then called and screamed at me while threatening me. I never added that to my review tell I saw his response. Last year I had the wall between my kitchen and living room knocked down to about 4 feet and had a bar built on it and had my kitchen painted and a new floor laid. I also had my old deck torn down and a new one built with storage under it. I got Advanced number from my stepfather which had work done by them. After seeing what they did with my project and stuff with his, neither of us would ever recommend these people. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT! First off I am pretty Happy with the kitchen project so that is where the 2 stars come from. That is about all that was good. First off the guy that owns/runs the company doesn't listen to what you want. He does what he wants to do. I didn't want quarter round installed. I told him I had something else I wanted to use which is the same thing I used in my living room when I remodeled it. He didn't listen and put quarter round and painted it. Completely doesn't match so it really looks like crap. They didn't get the floor smooth before putting down the new one. I have spots that are cutting through the new floor and ruining pieces of it. Did I mention the owner doesn't listen and does what he wants??? I also asked if they could nail a gutter that was falling off my house back up since they had all the tools at my house. He simply said yes. Never quoted a price or mentioned anything about money. SO I assumed it was a free quick fix. He charged my $75 for 8 nails and a guy using a nail gun. If he told me he was going to charge me I would of said no. I figured it would be something he would throw in for someone spending $15,000 to him. As for the deck I completely hate it. The rails are coming off and the storage is junk. The rails have been treated but they were not installed level and with only 1 screw on each side so they all look like waved U shapes. They put a little roof on the storage under the deck and it funnels water into the support beam which goes through the storage area. The water runs down the supports and floods the storage area. I guess sealing it from water wasn't important for them so my equipment would stay dry. It's already starting to rot from the inside. I have had stuff completely ruined because of this. Also, I asked about having my deck stained and he quoted me like $400. I passed and decided to do it myself. I finished about 60% of the deck and didn't have time to finish due to work. I called and asked him to come finish it. He called my back and quoted my $800 for the 40% I didn't finish. Ridiculous. He obviously didn't want to do it and should of just said so instead of making a ridiculous quote. Childish. I am thinking about tearing this deck down and having it rebuilt next year. That is how bad I hate it. Even some of the guys working on my house would talk about how bad this guy is when I would talk to them about it. I knew then I had a problem but since they were in the middle of a project I didn't think I could do anything about it.

Having previous history in the construction business, I am what one of my friends called "the customer that I would never want to work for." I know what to look for and am not afraid to point out flaws. Working with contractors in KY has been a nightmare. They never show up, never return calls, I have had them show up and borrow a tape measure because they didn't bring one, then not call back, etc. Bobby was opposite all of those things. Bobby was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. He returned my calls and acted quickly when needed. His roofing subcontractor, Bull did an outstanding job on the roof. I have walked it three times looking for flaws. There are none. They identified problems and fixed them. There were no nails anywhere around the house when they walked away. The guys that work directly for Bobby are polite and trustworthy. I was never afraid to leave knowing that they were in our home. They did NOT do what many do: smoke just outside the door (leaving the smell in the house), leave paint all over our grass, or use foul language. I always say that in construction, the most gratifying jobs are the ones that look like you were never there. The work completed by Advanced Roofing and Construction are just that. They hung the ceiling properly, painted the walls sufficiently, caulked all the necessary places, and thoroughly cleaned the areas that necessitated it. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Construction.

His presentation was stellar, and he designed exactly what we desired in our Master Bath remodel. His bid was a bit high, but we decided to move forward with the project anyway. Envision required a $5,000 deposit upon signing the contract. Matt told us that we needed to write a check, and that he couldn't accept a Credit Card. We complied. My Husband and I are Senior Citizens. We have an older home, and it was getting increasingly difficult for my Husband to step over the side of the tub to shower. We were very anxious for the project to begin, but the contract's estimated time of installation was in 4-5 months due to supply chain issues. [A 4-5 month wait time seemed a bit extreme.] I called Envision on August 18th, the 5 mbonth marker, to get an update on our Installation. Rachael said that she would contact their Forman, Jacob, to find out where he was at with our Installation schedule. She never got back to me with that information. Fast forward to September 9th, 2022. I called Envision and left a voice mail message with Rachael saying that we had lost our patience and quite frankly any faith in their company. I requested a refund of our $5,000 deposit. Shortly thereafter I got a Voice Mail from Rachel saying that she herself had already mailed a check about a week ago, and that we should have gotten it by now. Then seconds later I got a Text from her saying to disregard her Voice Mail! The refund she spoke of was for another client!!!!!!!! She said that she'd have Jacob call me, which he did. Jacob said that the 3-5 month window was only and 'estimate' and that the Contract clearly reads 'No Refunds'. He offered to drop off the material he had for us in their Warehouse in our driveway. What? Unacceptable! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer in August, and has since then passed on. It was extremely difficult for me to get him in and out of the shower/tub. A Walk-In Shower as promised by Envision would have been a God Send for both of us. I have read several reviews that my Husband and I aren't the only folks they've stolen from. My Attorney is handling it at this point. It is despicable that this Company is still in business. What they've done is criminal. Leigh Morgan, the owner, needs to be investigated. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE DIME UNTIL THE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED!
