I did the pet pre treat & the scrub pre treat and the amount of hair balls that came up was astronomical ... after everything was said and done the tech showed me the disgusting he sucked up and I just could not believe it ... the end result was great, the cleaning left the carpets looking brand new, it removed all of the stains and it smelt great! What followed was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. After gaining access to the home, Ronni completely stopped responding to calls and messages. Without permission or communication, a large portion of the home's contents was removed overnight and loaded into their personal vehicles. We later received an inventory list claiming items had been "sold" or "donated." Despite the home containing thousands of dollars' worth of furniture and belongings, we were told that after fees, we would receive only $800. That check was never sent. This experience involved a complete lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism, and resulted in the loss of valuable personal property during an already emotional time for our family. If you value your belongings, clear communication, and ethical business practices, I strongly recommend finding a different company. Legal action is being pursued.

The shank broke on 5/11/2026, and I took it back on 5/12/2026. The lady who waited on me made a loud production about their one-year warranty and how the damage to my ring was outside of the year. It was 3 weeks outside of the warranty. It was unprofessional behavior and there were other people in the business who could hear her admonish me. She said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. I received a text message on 5/13/2026, stating that I could pay $40 for the repair. I picked up my ring and took it to another jewelry store who looked the ring over to give me an estimate. Attached is the picture I took when they explained that the work that had been done was faulty. There are bubbles in the shank and you can see the lines where the metal was added to upsize the ring. So much for over 30 years' experience in the business. I would expect this type of customer experience with a corporate owned business where profit is the goal over everything else, not from a "locally owned business that advertises that you can trust your precious family heirlooms with them." Update/Response: The ring was not bent nor had it been sized before. I hardly wear this ring, and I never wear it for work, around the house or in the garden. I received this from a grandparent, and it was a size 4 or 5. Fircrest is the only jeweler that I have had size this ring, and that was in April of last year. It broke at the seam of the metal that was used to upsize the ring to a size 8.5. The jeweler that looked over the ring was not impressed with the work and there was no discussion about the ring being bent or sized multiple times.

i had two pearls reset here. one was reset in house. they don't offer in house pearl services i…read moreguess. it was set off center with epoxy overfill on the pearl and setting. but they did not charge me for the repair. in order to correct, i will need to have 8 pearls removed and reset. i also had broken a separate pearl setting. they use a contracted bench jeweler for silver so it was a send out job. their bench jeweler has commission at his stores so its much more expensive than direct smithing. ring resize starts at $80, goes up for every single thing they can, like having stones or details. for comparison, my current jeweler is $60 flat for silver resize. they are a bit disorganized as well. when i went to pick up a piece they couldn't locate the second piece (of three i had left at the same time) until i presented my original three tickets for all three items. i would not recommend for bench service.
