They don't even seem to care if I spend any money before I go. They just want me gone. I would oblige them, but there aren't a ton of laundromats around here, let alone ones that have parking areas big enough for my trailer. So, we're kind of stuck with each other. I don't want to be here; I don't want to give them my money, but I need clean clothes. Why these people stay in business, even though they obviously hate their customers, is beyond me. It's small. Luckily, they don't have any customers because I don't think more than three or four would fit in there. It's clean enough. And driving customers away is one way to keep it clean. Don't go here; they don't want you here.

They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and thorough, and the house looked amazing when they were done. Truly a great group of people who did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

They have wonderful customer service (truly, everyone here is very kind) and very fair prices. I won't risk trying a different place for alterations because because every time I've gone here, the work was wonderful, exactly what I asked for, and done in a timely manner. I've had linen pants, work pants, jeans, etc. all altered here and they've all been perfect. I wouldn't recommend going during the holiday season as they are typically swamped with alternations.

Somehow their tailor had a mixed message and completely deconstructed then reconstructed the dress in an odd way. The tag is now under the arm instead of the back and there is a seam running up the front. The dress no longer fits and is now worthless. It was brand new and still had the price tag. I took it back to show them and Mrs. Kim became combative insisting that the dress was like that when I brought it to them. I have photos before of the dress and it clearly was different. There is no question that it was mistakenly altered at their shop. She refused to listen and accused me of upsetting them. After 20 plus years of frequenting their shop, I'm shocked at her reaction. I've now also seen similar negative reviews. Extremely disappointing. I am now out $250 for the ruined dress and alterations which they refused to reimburse. I will never go there again.
