He also checked and cleaned our electrical panel. The bill was $95. I don't know how much was for the trip charge and how much to inspect our panel. After he left I looked at the receipt he left me, and I noticed a $10. fuel charge added onto the bill! It is preprinted on the receipt "Fuel Surcharge $10." This is PRINTED on all their receipts, not written in by the repair guy! They are in Nederland and so is my Mom's house. She lives 1/2 a mile from them! I've never seen any contractor automatically jack up your bill $10. for gas. That's what a trip charge is for, to pay your repair guy for his time and maybe a little included for gas. Every contractor I've ever dealt with, has never put in an automatic gas surcharge on a bill I've gotten. Needless to say, I didn't use them and never will. It's the principle of the thing.

We are extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication we have received. My experience with the company, was my…read moremother's home which was built almost 60 years ago, and the breaker box we were concerned, was failing and needed to be replaced. Their technician came out check the box, check the voltages and discovered that the box was not the problem. It was the stove had a short in it. He said your breaker box is fine, but you're gonna need to get a new stove because it's broken. He spent 30 minutes there checking all the stuff and even with us saying we wanted to pay him for his time he refused saying it was just an estimate and he didn't need any payment. It's nice to find a company with honesty that you can trust.
