Their technician came out check the box, check the voltages and discovered that the box was not the problem. It was the stove had a short in it. He said your breaker box is fine, but you're gonna need to get a new stove because it's broken. He spent 30 minutes there checking all the stuff and even with us saying we wanted to pay him for his time he refused saying it was just an estimate and he didn't need any payment. It's nice to find a company with honesty that you can trust.

Mr Electric came out on March 14th. The morning of the 15th brought more trouble. At 6:06 pm March 16th the power went out again and stayed off this time . Entergy came back out and fixed the problem at the utility pole.

I guess he thinks people have surplus time on their hands since Harvey and have nothing better to do with their time than make up false reviews. Every word in my review was 100% true and JD got butt hurt about someone criticizing his company. Again, my advice is to stay far away from these UN-professionals.
