I have been working out with Tami and Charlie @EP for 16 years now. I am a member of both the studio and online. Before starting at EP I had gotten out of shape and overweight. They have helped me lose 15 pounds and 3 dress sizes and become stronger with age. I continue to maintain my weight to this day. I appreciate the fact that they can also help me nutritionally as well as with the physical part. I love the personalized workouts because they are customized just for me. They are always there to make sure that you are using the proper form and guiding you through each and every step. I also love the fact that when I cannot make it into the studio I have the flexibility to do the workouts from their online program in the luxury of my own home at my leisure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smaller place that doesn't feel so intimidating and everyone is like family. I also highly recommend the online training if you live a distance from the studio and you are crunched for time to get there. Working out in my own home has actually made me workout more!
