They were able to get us a loan with a lower interest rate by exploring programs built for folks with our income and location and added value for us by having a wide net of support with their mortgage team compared to a big bank. They even communicated directly with our realator to make sure we had seamless processing of our loan. Brian, David, and Cherie were on our loan team and I would recommend working with any of them.

Sandi helped us with the purchase of our condo back in 2020, and then the purchase of our home in 2022. I'll be honest, the mortgage world was all new to me during these times, so I've had many questions along the way. Sandi's never hesitated to take my calls or respond to all of my emailed questions. Happy to say we ended up on our home at an acceptable rate (in this economy anyway). Most recently, I reached out to her to chat about refinance options, PMI removal inquiry, and a few other things. Again, always quick to respond and help navigate best financial options in these scenarios. Certainly very knowledgeable and professional. Also just really friendly and easy to talk to, never making me feel dumb for all of my silly questions :)

We were dismissed by mortgage brokers because we didn't have regular income from a 9 to 5 job. But we had enough money to live on for a while and we wanted to find a great house in a great neighborhood without changing our plans for work. Jim didn't skip a beat when we described our situation. He is a creative thinker with a meticulous, professional style. He was refreshingly responsive and patient answering all our questions. He walked us through the loan process step by step. We've worked with good mortgage brokers in the past. Jim Kundinger is by far the best. We highly recommend him. Oh, and to top if off, A+ Mortgage Services is a "Mortgage Lender" not just a "Mortgage Broker". So unlike many brokers, they don't need to get permission from a lender at closing to release funds. That eliminates a potential delay at closing. Jim even attended our closing.

Luckily I met Richard Selensky from A+ Mortgage, and he made everything super easy. After about 6 months of looking I finally found a house I loved, I made an offer an it was accepted. I thought everything was going smooth, until my supposedly pre-appreved mortgage fell though because my employment was not deemed "full-time" (even though I am an engineering consultant who has worked at the same place for 5 years, and disclosed this fact several times to the lender.) I was in a serious pinch so my buyer's agent recommended giving Richard a call. Even though I called him at 6 PM on a Friday, he took the time to listen to my problem and was even able to submit a new application the same weekend. Not only was I able to secure a loan but I was able to get an unbeatable rate (3.5%) through the FHA program, something that is not even offered by most lenders. Don't waste your time anywhere else, I can't recommend Richard & A+ enough.
