I had a colour and make-up consultation with Kathy in Autumn 2010. I enjoyed our session together very much and practise lots of what we worked on together. So let me tell you what happened to me on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd days after my session with Envision Image. I kid you not, this all happened just as I describe it below
The first day after we worked together on my colours and make-up I decided a good way to kick start my new good habits, and to cheaply lift my many black or white top halves, would be to add some interesting new necklaces in the right colours. I chose a lovely multi strand necklace of mixed purple stone chips, and a long string with mixed colours of turquoise. When I put them on the counter at the till, the lady serving me looked at them lovingly and said Ooooo what lovely colours. I floated out of the shop with my new accessories.
Day 2. Walking past a rack of nice dresses one caught my eye and my first thought was Mmmmm shame, exactly my style and cut but it's the wrong colour. Oh, hold on a minute Back peddling to the camel and red panelled dress I decided to give it a whirl. It's now one of my wardrobe favourites and gets favourable comments nearly every time I wear it.
Day 3. Lunch with my father and aunt. My aunt (who I must add, is super stylish and who's eyes scan a room/magazine/shop window to asses colour, layout and fashion with the efficiency and attention to detail of some kind of NASA intergalactic research station) commented as soon as we met, Oooo what a lovely lipstick colour, it really suits you. No one, in my entire life, has ever commented on my lipstick colour before. Least of all Aunt Stylish. My mile wide smile was the perfect accessory to my new Colour Me Beautiful lipstick.
And now, I have the confidence to use Kathy's advice and my Colour Me Beautiful make-up, to do my own make-up for my wedding day in October 2011. I've already reordered from Kathy some of the make-up that has now become a product staple for me, and can not recommend Kathy and Envision Image highly enough. read more
