I found this clinic online and the reviews there were really good so I booked in for a consultation. There are 2 trichologist a there and I had a very good consultation which is the first step. It was very thorough and we went through various questions and checked my scalp and hair follicles etc. The treatment prescribed was then done in the clinic (which is really lovely - big, bright and clean) and then I was actually able to get my hair dried and done up nicely which I've never been able to have at other clinics I've tried. It made me feel confident, my scalp was not flakey or itchey and I was able to buy products to take home which was ideal as I didn't want to use any of the stuff that might have been causing the scalp and itching issues in the first place. I was also advised to improve my diet (which i know is not great) and I got some good advice on looking after my hair and scalp on a daily basis. Since that first treatment I found there was a dramatic improvement and I kept up with using the products correctly. Since I didn't have some of the machines they use in the clinic I went back again the next month for another full treatment and bought more products to keep me going (I could have also bought online as I've had the consultation). A lot of the people there had worse problems than me with balding issues etc but they all agreed with me that they had seen a massive improvement since coming to the clinic. I can't recommend this place enough if you are suffering with extreme dandruff like me or any form of balding. I would also say that they do specialise in Afro hair (which I have) and this was another reason I wanted to go because it is so hard to find a trichologist with that specialism as well as being able to finish off the hair by drying it nicely and safely or even get your hair cut. It basically covers all your hair needs so you don't have to leave with wet hair (which is what most clinic make you do!). I really recommended this place, the trichologists and staff there are excellent and so are the treatments and products they provide. 5*

I went in with a specific issue that was just not addressed. Was just sold general products to improve the health of my hair generally (which wasn't really an issue). My issue was not resolved. I went there for specific advice and feel that I got palmed off with some generic information instead. Travelled a long way and it felt like I had wasted my time and my money. Would not return.
