I was a first-time…read morehomebuyer and just moved from Miami, so I was really nervous about not knowing who to use as an inspector until I came across another review with him. He is extremely detailed, very through checking everything in the home. He was there a little bit before the scheduled time and was able to give us information on what he was going to do and why each step was important. He would even show us things to watch for and give helpful tips for how to keep our house in good shape even after buying it. I would 100/10 recommend him for anyone looking to get their home inspection done. There was a wait to get scheduled with him, but it is absolutely worth it, so just make sure to try and book in advance.

Heavy stone front re-attached to my house using trim cualk(left in gun on the back patio) Leaking toilet Just so everyone knows what this company both misses and plaon ignores! I pointed out the activated damp rid in the closets multiple times a few feet from the bowed bubbled walls with white paint slapped on them, but unfortunately our inspector Donnie was more interested in catching all the Pokémon not the major defects in our home. My children now live in a construction zone with nothing for the holidays due to waypoints negligence. Always do a full report to NIPR against their license number, it is in your inspection report!!! I'm waiting on the last 3 inspections to submit mine.

Each of them brings their own knowledge, skillset, and expertise that is one of a kind. I have had CMA do several inspections of both workplaces and home environments and have been so pleased each and every time. I am very sensitive to mold and I feel so confident that their attention to detail is able to record anything that may trigger my sensitivity. They are fairly priced, reasonable in their recommendations and standards for mold (there is no such thing as "mold free"!, but we can strive for an environment without active mold or water damage). Our latest inspection was done by Brad. He took several hours (about 5) and was thoroughly documenting and inspecting every square inch of our apartment. He was able to find the hidden sources of mold that were making my husband and I feel sick in several unexpected areas (including behind walls) without creating damage to the surfaces in our rental.
