Poor service, better off trying someone else. Had them come out to my place to get rid of my mice problem. The service people that came to the house were nice, laid a few traps and did a look around told me there will be still activity for 3-4 weeks, I continued to notice activity well beyond this point and called them 3 months after as they provide a 6 month warranty they came did the same thing told me the same thing and after still seeing activity which never stopped called to see what can be done and was told I am out of my warranty period and that you can never really get mice out of your house completely and was told to go on a yearly maintenance plan. They told me clearly it went away because I didn't call them for some time in between the visits. the Manager was rude even though I specifically told the operator I am not going to argue with a manager if they don't feel they should come and resolve the issue they never solved to begin with. I was still transferred only to be argued with. ridiculous. I am sure there is a number of Pest control places people can reach out to and if my experience is an indication your better off saving your money and laying a few traps yourself rather than wasting your time with these guys. read more
