My main thinking was getting full security deposit back, so this service was very reasonably prices and allowed me to get a full refund without issue. This was cancelled with no notice on my move date so the boxes were a lonely and time consuming game which, had I known, I could have found an alternative. Then multiple cancellations for biweekly cleaning with a promise to get a wait to get on the weekly onto weekly list. I was stupid to trust anything ..she seemed so nice. Then the last straw was getting on the "weekly" list with my scheduling my week and other services around this time. One hour before scheduled arrival ...canceled... Better business opportunity sited. I was paying asking price(high). I think this service is best for turnovers and not honorable service to regular clients. Clearly not trustworthy. But if you need a turnover...they can do it. Would never recommend for anything else. Very disappointed and though patient, consistently disappointed. ( I never write a negative review) Better to move on...
