I know most are, but I couldn't afford to buy a small (sample size), it was like $26.. for I think a 4 ounce??? I would understand if it was $10-15, but over $20..? My cut was cute but I had to redo it all as soon as I got home. 'Stylist' listen to me about how I wore my hair daily but it went in one ear and out the other and she did her own thing... What is a consultation for? I'm not happy with color, way to dark for a 58 yr old lady. Again, the conversation we had before was good, color was nice we picked, but it was so much darker than the hair sample 'we' chose. I have fine and thin so it she should have known!! I wasn't trained & taught these things, SHE WAS! I will NEVER return! I have NEVER left a review on Yelp until now... I'm so UNHAPPY with my color but need to wait a couple weeks before a newly TEUSTED STYLIST can fix it.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! GOOD LUCK IF YOU VISIT!
