She was personable, took her time, and felt the services were worth the money. Both that time and the second my gel lasted 3+ weeks before even chipping a little. The third time was TERRIBLE! The gentleman rushed through pedicure and manicure. Barely filed and cleaned cuticles. Skipped multiple steps. I have been getting gel for 12 years. This time within 3 days all gel was chipping off. I feel that being in and out in 45 min for a pedicure and manicure is a little rushed Makes it hard to spend $90+ tip when it doesn't even last.

They criticize customers with their own dialect rather than asking questions what customers wishes to have it done differently. Very aggressive behavior.
