They had me come back later in the week to fix it...it looked better but I still didn't have highlights and a month later it's turning colors again! What I asked for: I wanted my hair to eventually be about 2 shades lighter than I had started...after maybe 2-3 sessions of adding brown highlights (not dying my roots!) ....after the orange she had the perfect chance to lighten the color to exactly what I wanted and add the brown highlights but instead she put my hair back to the original dark color at the roots then about 1 1/2 inches she started a brown color...SOLID....that is now not even brown. Soooo, right now I have my natural hair growing back, a 2 inch band of almost black then the weird color. It looks like I box died my hair orange and let it grow out. NOT a professional look at all!! They charged me $300 and They won't even fix it free. The worst part is, when she revealed it being clown orange, she acted like it was normal and how I wanted it.

The young lady at the entrance checked us in and we were taken to the welcome area to await our massage therapists. While we waited, there was water, apple cider and nuts to eat. There were 4 aromas to smell to determine what fragrance oil I wanted. I chose peppermint and it was not too strong at all. I waited 2 or 3 minutes and my therapist arrived to take me to my room. The massage was 80 minutes. I picked my music and used a hair tie to pull my hair back. I chose deep tissue. I cannot remember the name of the lady who did my massage which is my bad. Mariah, Mary, or something similar. She did an excellent job. I would recognize her if I were to go back there. My massage was memorable. 5/5 I recommend this business. They did not offer her a hair wash and did not follow the instructions given for the haircut. They didn't even wet her hair with a bottle to cut it. My wife was very displeased with the whole experience but she is a bit shy since it was her first time there so she didn't say anything. After she told me, I was pretty disappointed. I called them and spoke to the owner. I explained what happened and that we would like our money refunded. The owner said "she got her hair cut and the girl has to get paid" and that she would not refund any money. She offered to have my wife come in and they would "fix" it, but my wife did not want to go back (obviously). I rarely ask for money back in any situation, but in this case I felt it was warranted since they did not follow instructions or give the proper services that they advertised. Horrible customer service and we will never go back.
