If I wanted something that would take longer, I'd do it myself. If I wanted a quality wash, I'd do it myself or pay a detailing business. But this just took too long. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

No attendant anywhere to be seen, and calling the phone number on the kiosk connected me to the corporate office - which is closed. No help, no wash, no way will I return. Sasquatch is just down the street, and for 11 bucks there, I get a human being, more human beings who pressure wash the bugs off the front, and a clean car.

I explained to the service advisor that I had the confirmation email and that my daughter was on her way. Fugate was able to fit my daughter in at the time requested. Thank you Dixie and Samantha for fixing a problem that had nothing to do with the service department. The problem was the third party appointment website. Thank you for making my daughter's first scheduled maintenance experience a great one. The next time I will call to make an appointment.

CRAZY PUSHY SALESMAN!!!! Looking to pick up a transit van…read moreand an xl f-150 for our company. Fugate ford had been recommended to us, though unfortunately our experience was not the best. We had wanted to trade in old company vehicles in exchange for the new. The salesman had offered to pay for our gas to compensate for our drive from Bellevue. About half way to the dealership the salesman had called and said that he "wanted to make sure we'd have our business by the end of the day" and went on to essentially manipulate us into doing business with him. The whole interaction from the start with this dealership seems a little shady and I wouldn't send my family or friends their direction. After we had decided to take business elsewhere a different representative reached out and had apologized on the dealers behalf which we respected.
